Great! Right next to a Starbucks and McDonalds - can't get much more convenient than that if you're visiting the area. Additionally the rooms were cheap - almost comped for through our Marriott points with very friendly and helpful staff. We got great king beds double suite with living room and a kitchen. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and spacious and perfect for a night's sleep. Also free HBO!

This hotel is under renovation.  There was no welcome reception as was advertised, but the breakfast was good, temporarily set up in a guest room since the common areas were still being renovated.  The pool looked pleasant and clean, although we didn't have time to use it.  Our room was newly furnished and decorated--nice kitchen/popcorn/full fridge set-up as is the norm at Residence Inns.  We were pleased with our stay, especially because of the cleanliness of the room and the better than average hotel breakfast.

Very cute and very clean hotel!

They have a poster out that presents that they have renovated etc etc. It looks nice.

This is my new sleeping home for the next month as our house gets renovated.
They have a one small tennis court which is also has a basketball hoop within the same area so it can be used as either at one time. A small pool about 4ft deep.

The best thing I think is the free breakfast in the morning and their socials Mon-Wed from 6-7:30 where they provide free food and beer/wine/soft drinks! I ate at the social tonight and it was pretty good, it was normal sized meals. Had tamales, Sloppy joes, pizza, and they had a soup w/rice. Pretty neat!

Also this is walking distance to a Starbucks and a Mcdonalds if you must go to either. I also believe there is a nail salon also.

FREE WIFI !!! and it's EASY no password or anything!

Recently my gf's house was flooded and they were stranded.  The insurance company placed them into this place for a few weeks.  While they were here I visited many times and I must say this place is nice!

It's furnished with very cute and modern furniture along with decor.  They have higher end appliances and electronics.  The best part is free WIFI.  They have a pool, tennis courts, and bbq grills.

They also provide "happy hour" which is beer/wine and food on certain nights.  Also breakfast daily.  It's a good deal and if I need longterm stay it will be on my list.

Well...the hotel itself was really nice and clean...My complaint is about one of the workers and poor customer service.  I checked on July 4th and the receptionist was just nasty. She asked questions that were really none of her business.

I am SO torn on this review...

Had we not found bed bugs in our 2-bedroom room, Id have given them 4-5 stars.

We checked in late Saturday to go to the AIr Show on Sunday. We took advantage of the 4 Kema tickets, so all in all it was a perfect set up. Suite was GREAT. We had a 2 bedroom suite, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a flippin fireplace- SCORE, right. Kids loved it, we had space, so it was nice. Until I noticed bug #2 Sunday morning when we woke up..

I think I still itch, and I wont touch the suitcase.. But, to their defense, they came out and got us out quickly. I think the infestation was JUST starting, because there weren't many, and none of us brought them home, THANK GOD. But it made for a terrible morning.. we spent a ton of $ in the laundry room washing and drying everything. That kind of upset me too, because they should have comped that. But, it happens, right. They originally offered us 1/2 off our room- NOT. Ended up getting the full stay comped, kept our Kema tickets, and watched our skin for weeks just to be sure. Washed & dried clothes over and over, cause you never know, right.

Breakfast was tasty & plentiful, I was impressed. So, like I said, Im torn because the bed bugs were pretty offensive, the offer of 1/2 off sucked considering the costs we'd be forking out if we did bring those bastards home- but the place itself was very nice...

Just stayed here again, even though the rest of my colleagues chose the Hilton.  Wifi was better this time (no issues at all) and I noticed that the bed was exceptionally comfortable.  No cookies this time, but you can't have everything I guess!  Reasonably priced, really easy parking, and close to a bunch of good restaurants and shopping.  I continue to really appreciate having so much space compared to a regular hotel room.  Really nice.

After two very bad experiences at local hotels I was so happy to find the Residence Inn. Rooms are spacious and clean, and clerk was welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Lets clarify....this is not a four star hotel, that is, the above four stars does not refer to the level of luxury, such as a Four Seasons is generally a five star hotel.

This is a three star LEVEL....hotel/motel....like a really good Ramada Inn or a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden.  The four stars is for how well they maintain and "do" their level of motel/hotel.

The difference for this hotel/motel is that the rooms/suites here are designed for extended stays, with a more or less full kitchen....full as in, everything to cook and eat, but not bake a cake.  Your plates, knives, skillets and so forth are furnished.

While a bit quirky, the furniture is nice enough and you could have a small business meeting in the room.
There is a courtyard with a bit of grass, a pool and patio area and a combo basketball, volleyball court.

A breakfast is furnished, and is very similar to the furnished breakfast at a Hampton Inn.  There are hot scrambled eggs, sausages, and all the usual.
Not IHOP or Denny's quality but well done and actually very tasty.

The staff was outgoing, personable and very friendly....a huge plus to me.

The only real negative was an upholstered chair....so shabby it looked like a prop in a tv show, where the screenplay says :  "Shabby chair".....it was worn through the vinyl in dozens of places as if your grandpa stayed in it until his passing....anyway.

I'd go here again.....a complete bargain through priceline.

This is a great place!  We were displaced from our home for over a month and had to stay here. Free full breakfast everyday was great. They even offer a light dinner with wine/beer 3 evenings a week (can't comment on dinner - didn't partake, but breakfast was really good - lots of options).  During our entire stay, we had internet problems 1 day, which was resolved the same day.  We also had 1 complaint about upstairs neighbor being too noisy on 1 night -- we called the front desk and within minutes the problem was resolved.

I can't say enough about the staff.  They were professional, courteous, friendly and seemed genuinely interested in our comfort during our stay.  The maid service was excellent too!  Clean room everyday, and a friendly note on the door for those days we didn't want service, that fresh towels, etc. were available when ever we needed them.

This will be my first choice of places to stay and will recommend to friends/family - anyone needing a nice place to stay near NASA.
