Clean condos close to everything in Park City. The décor is a bit dated, it nearly every condo I've stayed in at any ski resort is. Could use a few more supplies in the kitchen, a DVD player (there was VHS, no tapes and nowhere to rent them), and matches for the fireplace. Good size hot tub in the basement.

Location alone gets Park Station gets 2.5 of these 3 stars. Rooms are decent, but cleaning service, wireless Internet and ventilation are spotty at best. Hot tub, sauna and pool?! Great! Oh, except it's virtually impossible to use them due to the fact that they're closed during the desirable hours. Both early birds and night owls are left wanting. That bad ventilation I mentioned earlier? Yeah, well somehow 90% of the rooms ended up with bathroom ventilation that blows in instead of sucking out. Gross. And highly unromantic. And... Well you get the idea. Oh, and be prepared for the building-wide fire alarms to go off at any time, sometimes for hours on end. I've fallen asleep to them on more than one occasion. Conclusion? If you get a really great deal here, take it. Otherwise, seek elsewhere.

I give it 5 stars for the type of accommodations that it is--ski lodging. I'm not giving it 5 stars comparing it to the Ritz Carlton, but based on what it is: ski loding!
1) GREAT location -- walkable to the Town Lift and all Main Street restaurants. There is a bus stop directly outside of the condo complex.
2) Totally find lodging -- it's a little dated on the decoration but the unit I stayed in (129) was remodeled and had fancy glass bowl sinks and did just fine.
For 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit--there was a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 sofas (1 pulled out to a bed, I believe). Full kitchen, fully stocked if you wanted to cook. Big dining table and all.
It was something like $500/night including all taxes and fees (booked through Sports America) so it wasn't so bad for the value.
One downside: if you check in after 10pm, you have to go to Park PEAKS hotel to pick up your keys--IT IS NOT REALLY WALKING DISTANCE. So you have to have your shuttle/taxi stop at the Peaks hotel to get your keys before getting in. They just do the Park Station a favor by working late and distributing the keys; they're not even related.
All in all, great place to stay. Nothing fancy, but 5 stars for value, location and just overall a great place.

Awesome place. #148. Great location. Close to Main Street but just far away enough. Great decor. Makes a great ambiance for a get away. Comfy beds. Firm pillows for the husband and there were soft ones for me, too!

#1 Run down place! Stayed with multiple families and we all had problems. Broken fridge, lights not working, power outages (no storm or outage from electric company), no A/C, refused a service dog and asked what my friend's disability was ( illegal!), floods from broken A/C unit, and sparks flew out of the wall socket! No one helps, maintenance and management pawns it off on someone else! This is a dilapidated building! Do not stay here!

Gem of a Condo on Park Avenue Next to Main Street and Town Lift (Unit 119)
LOCATION-LOCATION...In the heart of old town/historic Main Street area. From the moment you begin dealing with the owner of this gem of a condo on Park Avenue, you know it's all going to be a GREAT experience.
LOCATION-LOCATION!! Only a very short walk to the "Town Lift"on Main Street (and I mean very short; seriously) and you're up the mountain and skiing in no time at all. All you need to do is buy your lift ticket at the "Park Station" front desk before walking to the Town Lift and you're set!
Very clean and well-appointed. A bit dated; yes; but the 2 bedrooms are spacious and cozy with HD TV's (bring some DVD's with you for movie night), nice sheets, towels and blankets, drawer space and closets. Even robes! The 2 bathrooms are nice with new glass sinks; and faucets. The LR fireplace was such a nice bonus. This unit (119) is on the first floor and is a corner unit so it's quiet. Looking outside the LR sliders you can see all the snow so it's very pretty!
Full kitchen with great selection of dishes and cookware, etc. Stove, micro and DW, too. Great sized dining table for a some home-cooked meals. (Fresh Market and Ralph's are only a short FREE bus ride away). Although it's hard not to take advantage of all the great restaurants steps away on Main Street.
The fact that the owner communicates so well completely eases your mind about blindly picking a place, (and handing over your credit card info.) for your family or friends' vacation.
Karen's "Park Station Condo" offers everything you need for the perfect ski trip to "Park City Mountain Resort" or even "Deer Valley" which is a few minute (free) bus ride away. The bus stop is literally right out the front door of the "Park Station" entrance. You can go everywhere you'll need for free. NO CAR NECESSARY.
