We stayed here Feb 09 in the 3br/4bath "penthouse" unit. Our experience was a mixed bag with some good but (much) more bad.
-Good location and view
-Nice decorations/furniture in rooms
-Nice bavarian feel
-Rec room with pool table
-Dirty (when we got there there was trash in the bin, a dirty greasy pan in the drawer and dust bunnies and scraps of paper about)
-Sparse kitchen utensils (hardly any bowls or cookware)
-Lame appliances (fridge that doesn't shut right, broken toaster, dishwasher that doesn't rinse and has a half attached door that hits the floor when you open it)
-Front desk staff that's only rarely available onsite
-Flakey internet connection (eventually we got a network cable and plugged directly into the network which worked fine... but we had to hunt for the network socket because the staff didn't know where it was...)
-One of the windows was broken and didn't close all the way (though the heater worked well enough to make up for it)
-Swimming pool was broken and closed during our stay
-Hot tub jets didn't work
-No shuttle service anywhere
Bottom line is that the place could be good if the management spent some money fixing the problems mentioned above. We won't be staying there again.

Across the street from the Snow Park lodge parking lot makes this convenient location to walk to the base of the mountain. Five story building with 3-4 units per floor. Some of the units can be subdivided to make smaller room. Parking is easy.
Units appear to be managed by a variety of management companies based upon the owner of the unit and their desires.
Some road noise as all units overlook the parking lot and the road that delivers folks to and from Snow Park base area. Snow plows make a lot of noise all night if it snows while you are there,
Place was quiet for the first two days...nobody else was in building...on last two night of our stay, lost of internal noise. You could easily hear water running in the rooms above ours. Any noise in the common area came into the rooms (front doors not sound proofed even though rooms are). Noise form workout room spreads throughout 3rd floor.
WiFi was shaky during my whole stay.
