Not sure about the price on this (we got a voucher for a room) but we loved our stay here. The bathroom is about as big as the rest of the sleeping area.  There is a very large outside pool and spa that was a hit for our kids. The staff was also very helpful.

We would stay here again for sure if the opportunity arose.

Poor service.  Rooms not clean.  Don't expect staff to assist with anything or call you back.  Very disappointing.

Do not expect professionalism. The resort is perfectly fine for a ski resort. BUT do not expect to be able to send packages from the hotel in a reliable manner or attempt to conduct any professional business. They will take your number "to call you back" and never return the call. They will scratch their heads with kindness in their voice saying they have to ask someone else. Unfortunately they bungle any attempt at professional business practice. I should have guessed when it took 35 minutes to get a cold sandwich from the deli counter at the little store there - they operate on their own time and in their their own world.
There are a lot of resort choices in Park City, for the price this one is not worth it.

Very disappointed by the customer service that Sundial Lodge offers. We originally bought my mother a one night stay Groupon for Mother's Day, so that she could come visit me where I live. The original reservation was for June, but the Colorado Springs wildfires started the day that my mother and sister were scheduled to arrive. We had to cancel the reservation since they were too busy preparing for evacuation to make the reservation. The rep I talked to on the phone let us cancel our reservation without the extra fees since the circumstances were beyond our control.

HOWEVER, we still wanted to give my mom the hotel stay, so we paid for another flight so that she could visit me. When I called to reschedule the earlier conversation, the rep, Jeff, refused to honor the Groupon since the promotional value had expired a week earlier. Despite the fact that I had already made a reservation within the promotional period. He was unwilling to honor the Groupon, and I had no desire to give them an additional $70 to stay the night. I am very frustrated that they were unwilling to help us and that I lost $100 as a result!

This place is strange.  Was in Park City for Sundance.  Last minute hotel booking.  Was very expensive.  Not a ski person so perhaps this is why it's all a little strange.

Rooms are large but a little dated.  They're very mid 90s.  And the rooms have an outer door, that opens to a little area where there are two room doors.  (all keyed)  Very odd.  Took me a second to figure this out.  And feels like you're right on top of your neighbors (cause you are).

Front desk people are clueless, perhaps a touch rude.  Unprofessional.  I felt like I was checking into a $30 a night motel in the middle of nowhere.  Zero information in the room about the hotel or the grounds.  Had to ask for a map from the front desk to find my way around.

Small elevators in the back.  No room service.  Old TV.  Old furniture.  So so views.  Old bathroom fixtures.  Everything needs updating.

Pros:  Comfortable beds.  Large room.  Whirlpool tubs in the rooms (maybe a bad thing... considering the things that can live in those).  Ski lift is right there.  Lift to the parking lot/bus loop is right there.  There are several places to eat, and get groceries on the property.

Again not used to the ski culture.  Nobody explained to me how to get down to the parking lot.  Or anything about the lift to get to the bus/parking area.  I didn't know to ask.  Had to figure it out.  You can't really walk down the hill unless you walk in the middle of the road.

Would never stay here again.  Also stayed at the Marriott downtown.

Oh and Wifi was VERY slow (matching the 90s vibe of dial-up I guess).  There was something about paying more for a faster one but I couldn't get it to work.

I booked this hotel through a conference at Canyons.    I did not research it as I typically do.    I wish I would have!   The room was out of date and the service was poor.  I would not stay here.

Due to a convention in Salt Lake City, and the corresponding depletion of available hotel rooms, I was forced, like, almost at gun point, to stay in Park City.  Very, very tragic. So tragic.

So, at the last minute, I booked a two bedroom at Sundial Lodge in the Canyons.  The weather was lovely and the lodge packed with kids.  Your typical Utah summer.

The unit was spacious, with a dining table, couch, fireplace, etc. It also had a walk-out balcony that overlooked the Canyons' ski lift...and a music festival that just happened to be in town that weekend.   A pretty nice extra.

The two-bedroom, two-bath unit came with one room with en suite bathroom and king bed.  The other room, which I ended up using, had a queen bed.  The queen bed room was really small and the closet door didn't even open completely because of a side table.  It was kind of ridiculous because I couldn't even use half of the closet!

Overall, the unit was clean but had evident signs of wear and tear.  I enjoyed using the in-unit kitchen, refrigerator and stove.  However, all the dishes were dirty and I had to wash them all before using them.  A little gross.

I probably wouldn't choose Sundial Lodge over the neighborhood competition like Lodges at Deer Valley, Miner's Club, or the St. Regis.  But, if you want a nice view and decent lodging, this is a good spot.

Awesome place, right on the slope next to the main gondola& the 'orange bubble'
Great access, in the heart of it all. Park city is just down the hill, there you will find more eating and shops. Not too much of a 'village' feel here, only a couple shops and a restaurant or two. BUT-the outdoor hot tub, pool and firepit are amazing! And the jacuzzi tub in the room is s nice touch ;) Great room, modern, good bed, would stay here again.

Giving this a 5 star! Location and price are perfect for a little getaway from all the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether summer or winter activities are endless. Our family enjoys coming here a couple times a year.

Location!!! Excellent!!!! Family Ski trip - 4 kids 9-11 years old - this place was AWESOME. ski valet in the lodge lobby. pool, hot tub, firepits all outside your doorstep. a few yards from the main gondola- so the kids and you keep your focus on fun and not schlepping equipment after a long hard cold day.
Full kitchens - for hanging out and family dinners. Plenty of room. Great fireplaces in each room. Beautiful views from our 3rd floor unit and immediate access from our 1st floor unit - for building snowmen and hanging in the pool apres -ski. AWESOME!!!

I would stay here again given the great location and pretty good accomodations, but the service was a bit lacking.

Our party of four (two couples) stayed in a two-bedroom condo.  You can't beat the location.  It was so nice for each person to be able to head to the slopes and head back whenever they felt like it, without coordinating rides to or from the mountain.

The condo itself was OK - it was pretty modern with granite countertops, and we liked the heated bathroom floors, full kitchen, and amenities like real hairdryers.  However, the carpet was a little dinged up, our nighstand drawer was hanging off at a funny angle, and the master bedroom/bathroom set-up was a little weird (there was a partial wall so you could hear over it when someone was using the toilet).  Curtains would be a nice additions - the blinds don't keep out as much morning light.

In terms of service, I called the day before arrival to request an early check-in.  I was told to call back the next morning after 7 am to request it again, which I did.  Then we physically showed up before 11 am and were told that our room was ready, but that it just needed to be inspected (not sure why).  So we left a phone number and went out on the slopes.  We never received a call, and showed up again at 3:55 pm and the room was still not available.  We were able to get a late check-out the day we left by paying $50, even though there was no one checking into our room that day.  Also, on the one full day we were there, we were out of the room between 8 am and 2:30 pm, so housekeeping should have had plenty of time to spruce it up, but of course they showed up to ask if we wanted our room serviced at 3 pm, when we had all just returned to the room.

In short, I would gladly stay again, and we had a great stay, but we did not receive a luxury level of service to go along with the great location.

Great lodging for our time at The Canyons and Park City. It was the best available at the time we had booked our stay on Booking.com . And it worked out wonderfully. Amenities and services (ski lounge, hot tub, heated pool, free shuttle service from 4-midnight among others) made it worth the price of convenience for us going to and from the slopes--and exploring Park City.

The Cabriolet is right out the door and we caught it to go to the bus depot. Free public transit around Park City (heated buses and punctual, friendly service).

Highly recommended. Natalie, the Concierge, Kevin and everyone in the ski lounge area were so helpful and kind. Every restaurant that Natalie suggested we try (low and a little more pricey) were delicious and were honest recommendations as a local herself.

Ahhh so much more to say but I will stop right there.

Great location, right next to the gondola. I am hard pressed to think of anything else nice to say. Room was tired, small and past its sell by date.  For a laugh, try the sofa bed.   The "mattress" was about as thick as a blanket, you could feel every part of every spring. The TV remote control was missing a battery, the humidifier broke and leaked all over the carpet, so did the replacement humidifier. Go only if you have low expectations or want to pi## off your girlfriend and cause a breakup.
