Staff was quick to offer help, but at the same time would just point instead of actually helping you. The "hut" we stayed in was OK...very thin walls ;)  I would try to stay elsewhere, like the Marriot!

We just finished a weeks stay. Stayed in room 56 which was right next to a road and heard every car, truck, bus and construction vehicle that passed by. Walls are super thin and windows sound as though they are open because they are so thin.  There were plenty of inside units available all week that I wish they had stuck in a different unit. We had a 2 bedroom with 2 adults and 4 kids...was a tight squeeze but we made it work. The pool was a great place for the kids. The units were updated, but there were outlets that didn't work, microwave worked as long as you didn't need to punch in a specific time, one of the stovetops didn't work among some other things. The lady at the front desk that answered if you needed anything lacked phone etiquette.  But the staff was quick to bring any item you were missing from your room.  Not sure if we would stay there again...if we did it would be one of their 3 bedrooms.  Was an ideal location...that was a plus.

My parents have owned a Sweetwater time share for a long time.  I haven't been skiing in Park City in a long time.

The Sweetwater Lift Lodge has made some upgrades since I last visited.  It has more units.  We were able to trade for a 3-bedroom place for our week of March 11 to March 18, 2011.  We got Unit 49.

It was a nice 3-bedroom.  Two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom downstairs and one bedroom and bathroom upstairs.  It's fairly quiet at the building except when people walk around in their ski boots.

It's walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort.  Probably a 5-minute walk.

The building has mostly outdoor parking, a weight room, a heated pool, a jacuzzi, several laundry rooms, computers for guests, BBQ grills near the pool, wifi in rooms, and a few snack machines.

The staff is friendly and there to help.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Sweetwater and I enjoyed skiing very much!

The front desk staff provided some of the worst customer service. A couple of small items were stolen from our unit while we were out and the front desk refused to hear about it. There were a few staff members that were kind. The location, amenities, and units are great but I'd ever come back.

Just wanted to note that I was told the sauna was out of commission due to guests pouring water over the heating element and the jets in the Jacuzzi were down and awaiting parts from outside US.

Front desk staff have been helpful and friendly.
My unit is very spacious and clean. Only a few days into my stay, but so far so good.

We have stayed in a half a dozen places in Park City. This was a very average place. The staff was a little stand offish although we didn't expect much because of reading other reviews
The pool was fun and the Barbecue area was nice and clean. The location is really good, close to downtown and the Park City Mountain Resort. The rooms were ok, The beds were really comfortable and the room was surprisingly spacious.

Kitchen was very small. This place was ok but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. There are better places to stay in Park City.

My parents own a time share and so we go every year.  In my experience, the staff is wonderful!  The place is not fancy but it is right at the bottom of the mountain and i love having a full kitchen, makes it so much easier!  The amenitues we use are really just the hot tub and sometimes we get a dvd for the kids.  I will say because the building is older sometimes the tub stops up or rooms can be colder/warmer depending on where you are.  But after calling, service is prompt!  Also wifi could use a big upgrade, doesn't always work the best.
