Last September my husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary, and we decided to get out of the city. We picked, at random, a bed and breakfast in Leavenworth, hoping to get some time away...wow did this place deliver! We had an adorable room (The Cascade) at ground level, with a private patio opening up to the stream below. The room came equipped with a huge jetted bathtub, bath salts, candles, plush robes, and the soothing sounds of the stream outside.
Upon venturing out of the room we discovered an entertainment room containing a stocked fridge with soft drinks, a kettle with hot water and tea bags, and a large collection of board games and movies to watch on the communal TV.
Breakfast in the morning was superb, and the couple running the inn are very sweet and accommodating.
We got exactly what we wanted for our anniversary, we have nothing but good things to say about this adorable inn!

Spent two nights including Xmas eve. We stayed in the Cascade room. From check-in to check-out we felt comfortable and welcomed. The property is directly on the Icicle River, most rooms seem to overlook a beautiful bend in the river. Ours was on the ground floor, with a nice little seating area just outside the sliding doors. With those doors open you can hear the water riffle by.
Our room downstairs in the rather larger home was warm, well appointed and comfy. Large comfortable bed, antique furniture with plenty of storage and room to move around. 2 chairs to sit next to the gas fireplace (gets very warm, nice on those 20 degree nights!) looking out at the river. A small wine bottle cooler also kept our other beverages cold. Full bath was clean and everything worked great, including the full jacuzzi tub overlooking the river. Privacy blinds on the window if you're shy. Plenty of hot water.
Common rooms upstairs full of antique furniture. Nice big fireplace, couches and chairs and lots of big windows offering river views. Dining area for breakfast at 9:00. The two meals we had were delicious, everything made fresh (apparently they love to bake every day!) from fruit to French toast, egg soufflé was delicious. Coffee and tea was always available. Fresh cookies in our room every day.
While this was a winter getaway for us, we look forward to a summer trip here sometime for river rafting or golf. Our stay was perfect!

Our room was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the river. Barbara and her daughter were gracious, warm hosts. Really enjoyed the full sized jacuzzi tub in the room. The bed was comfy, the breakfast both days delicious. As a bonus, we used the complimentary snowshoes they provided, which were great. All in all, a very satisfying stay for the price. Definitely felt like we were staying with friends or family. We even got talked into an enjoyable game of cards in the common area with other guests, which is something we'd never do.

All Seasons is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Leavenworth. It's nestled just outside of downtown (so nestled that we missed the sign for it the first time!) on a picturesque road. The view from our upper level room (River Bend) was beautiful. We had a small private deck that looked out onto the river. The room itself was pretty with a nice big bed, a couch in front of a large window, and a small wine cooler. The bathroom held a large Jacuzzi with another big window. That was our favorite part!
There is a communal TV upstairs. In the same room there is a mini fridge with complimentary drinks (all we saw was Dr. Pepper and tonic water). There are also complimentary hot drinks (tea, instant coffee, cocoa) in the same room. All throughout the house are bowls of candy, and every afternoon you'll find a little treat in your room (we had lemon bars one day, chocolate chip cookies another-- yum!). This was such a nice touch!
The breakfast was always SO filling and absolutely delicious-- a mix of sweet and savory every morning. You will be eating with other guests-- this helped us to get a little bit out of our comfort zones!
The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it was a little stuffy and warm during the visit-- I would like to come back during the colder season when it is probably a little more comfortable. There was a ceiling fan and a standing fan unit that helped a little bit. I also would have liked to see something other than Dr. Pepper in the mini fridge. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. My husband and I highly recommend this beautiful B&B that is a very short drive from downtown Leavenworth, and we will be back.

I have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs over the years and All Seasons River Inn (ASRI) is the very best. ASRI provides a very homey atmosphere, excellent food, and personalized service. Barbara and her staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thoughtful touches were evident throughout the B&B such as fresh baked goodies in the room each day, fine candy and chocolates, fresh hot beverages all day, and the bears throughout the Inn matched the décor wonderfully, contributed to the theme of each room while adding to the personality, warmth, and charm of this excellent B&B. No other establishment in Leavenworth comes close to All Seasons River Inn for personal service, great food, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing comfortable atmosphere. Make your reservations now.

This B&B exceeded all of my expectations! Tammie greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the place. Big living room, upstairs board game area, multiple chairs on deck and down hill overlooking the river! We told Tammie we were going to hike the Enchantment Lakes and she checked to be sure we had everything we needed and packed us a breakfast to go! On our 2nd morning Barbara made delicious French toast with syrup or berry compote, fresh peaches and veggie sausages (or real ones if you prefer).
We stayed in the River View Suite. Welcoming, clean, soft sheets, mini fridge, deserts in room at night, jacuzzi with lavender soap, relaxing music. This is just the place for a relaxing weekend or week for that matter!
I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
Hiking in the Enchantments is beautiful, Idelwild Pizza for dinner and ice cream was awesome and you can pick fresh blueberries at a nearby U pick.

The best, most exquisite, most beautiful, warmest B&B my wife and I have ever stayed in. Our daughter booked us into the Evergreen Suite for our 29th wedding anniversary weekend and, for us, it's the only room we ever want to stay in for future visits. Our balcony looked over the Wenatchee River and the sound of the river filled our room with the windows and balcony door open. There's a king size bed, beautiful furnishings, large two-person Jacuzzi, and in the bathroom a double walk-in shower with THREE shower heads. In the very clean and wonderfully decorated room, there's a small, very comfy couch in the bedroom in front of the large window, and a small couch below the window opposite the Jacuzzi. There was a small refrigerator in the room and there were two wine glasses with a wine bottle opener on a shelf above it. Also on the counter above the frig is a small speaker that is wirelessly connected to a downstairs iPod which plays beautiful New Age music 24/7. If you get tired of the music just turn off the speaker. It was absolutely perfect for a honeymoon or anniversary suite.
To prevent the room from getting stuffy, there's a beautiful ceiling fan with adjustable speeds. The room is also air conditioned from a central air system. For wintertime, there's a gas fireplace in the room and there's a heating unit on the wall outside on the balcony. Downstairs there's a communal sitting room which opens onto a patio with a large table and several chairs. There are two dining rooms so breakfasts can be served to a dozen guests at one time.
Barbara, the owner, served wonderful, delicious breakfasts and we had fun meeting the other guests around the table.
Barbara bought the inn in November 2013 and I couldn't imagine a better owner. The inn was a peaceful, serene oasis comfortably away from but still close to downtown Leavenworth. After a hot day of pushing through the crowded sidewalks and enduring sometimes less-than-cordial salespeople and high-priced shops, we found ourselves mainly staying in our room or sitting out on the balcony just watching and listening to the river.
I agree with others that for all that you get for the price of the room this is a moderately-priced inn and more than worth every dollar. So many tourists prefer to stay in the motels in town because they don't have to find parking and it's an easy walk into the main sections. But for us, it was great to leave all that behind as we drove back to our room at the inn. We left very reluctantly but fully refreshed. Barbara and her daughter, Tammie, (who also can provide masseuse services), are warm and friendly with an inherent sweetness and epitomize the charm of the inn. They're very open people who love to engage in conversation with their guests.

I recently spent New Year's at this lovely inn and had a wonderful stay. The inn is about 1.5 miles from downtown Leavenworth and sits along the river with a beautiful view. The room was well-appointed with an in-room jacuzzi tub, full bathroom and shower, mini-fridge, gas fireplace and a very comfortable bed. There are several nice living areas for sitting and reading or chatting. The proprietor, Barbara, made us feel very welcome and provided a delicious breakfast every morning along with an in-room treat each evening. I prefer my New Year's to be low-key and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable experience.
