Friendly and knowledgeable staff checked us in. We had made reservations about a week in advance for a jacuzzi room. It was great! We were very pleased with the accommodations. It was better then I was expecting.  The hotel is a walk away from downtown. The food for breakfast did not seem impressive so we went out but it included muffins, boiled eggs, cereals (hot & cold) juices, etc.  Free Wi-Fi and flatscreen tv. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff was friendly, its very close to downtown.  My room was nicely decorated.  There was even an 'adoptable' bear sitting on the bed to greet me when I arrived.  Unstained pine furniture, minimal, classy art, comfy chairs.  A nice place to stay for work or for play.

This was the first place I stayed at in Leavenworth due to my family living in town. This time there house was full due to a wedding. Very clean, no smells. The scones for the continental breakfast were amazing. Its a little pricey but I split the room with my cousins. I would recommend this place if you can afford it.

So, I've never stayed in the main hotel, but I have stayed in their downtown "apartment" places.  Man, those rooms are great.  They have two, one which faces the street and has a balcony looking over the town square.  The other face the mountain and doesn't have such a great view, but if you know the people up front, you're in luck!

Now these rooms aren't listed on their website, but if you ask about them they'll know.  Rates vary on season and how many people you have staying with you.  Both have a queen bed in a room and a queen sleeper sofa and murphy bed in the living room.  Being right downtown is the best you can get and around the back there is a patio for people to sit on.  The entrance is pretty much private and the hotel is kept in fabulous shape.

I'd highly suggest staying here for a great view, central location, and wonderful accommodations.  Though I've only stayed with friends, I imagine it would be great for families traveling too - especially joint vacations so each family could have their own little apartment!

This was our first time to Leavenworth to gauge for Ocktoberfest by going to Ale Fest. This place was my boyfriend's pick. He did some research and it was rated pretty high on Trip Adviser. I was going for the Bavarian Lodge because it looked so pretty and they had good free breakfast :D (I know, I'm such a foodie dork) To my surprise, I have to give him a great deal of credit that he did an awesome job!

We got the townhouse/loft. There were 6 of us at first then a week before our trip, it ended up 9. Luckily, when we got there, they had the townhouse right next to ours so we had our rooms next to each other. You can have up to 6 people in there and it's pretty comfy for 6 people. It was nice and clean. The beds weren't too bad either. I slept in the loft bed and that was pretty comfy. The others that slept on the murphy bed and the sofa sleeper had no complaints either. The price is really reasonable for 6 people. It's towards the end of downtown and Ale Fest was at Festhalle which was on the other end but it's not a bad walk. I'd actually prefer to stay somewhat away from downtown so it's not noisy but close enough where we can all walk. It's literally a 3-5 minutes walk to the middle of downtown. I wanted to eat at Munchen Haus and it took 3 minutes for us to walk there.

We had their continental breakfast the next morning and it's not too shabby. They had scones, muffins, boiled eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt, coffee, etc. Really nice service and staff. When we checked out, I asked a few questions about their rates and Ocktoberfest in comparison to Ale Fest because we all had a blast at Ale Fest. The lady gave me lots of good information and mentioned that if we like Ale Fest, Ocktoberfest was a must do at least once to experience for yourself.

We ended up booking our Ocktoberfest townhouse on the spot. They had 10 townhouses total and 8 of them were already booked. This is 6 months out. She also made sure we got the same townhouse as we did this time which I liked because I can see the streets and the beginning of downtown through our living room window.

Overall, I'd high recommend anyone coming with a bunch of people to stay there. Their townhouses are an awesome choice. The location is great. The room is clean. No weird smells when we arrived. Friendly staff and good service. Comfortable and affordable. You get your money's worth. I'm sure there are more luxurious accommodations for more money but we weren't there to lounge around the hotel. We wanted a comfortable, clean and fairly close place to downtown for a bunch of people to stay in for an affordable price. This fits the bill exactly! You can park your car and not worry about it and go to town! I must admit, I am glad I caved in and went along with this option rather than the Bavarian Lodge. It was going to be WAY pricier than this place and in the middle of downtown. I'm pretty sure we'll be staying there every time we're in Leavenworth!

A Haiku Review of Linderhof Inn:

    Completely average.
But it was clean and cozy.
    Central location.

We stayed at the Linderhof Inn on a Saturday night during our first visit to Leavenworth. We had a king jacuzzi room with fireplace. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and a really nice weekend escape.

    Pros:
--In-room jacuzzi was clean, large, and in good working order with plenty of hot water
--Great view of the Cascades right out our front door
--Less than a block from downtown
--Office staff was courteous and helpful; office offered complimentary hot drinks (Tazo teas, Seatte's Best coffee, cider, hot chocolate)
--Flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and microwave were appreciated room amenities

    Cons:
--The room had a very musty smell when we arrived. We had to go buy a candle to counteract that unwelcome action.
--Very this walls...not so good any way you look at it.

Be sure to check their web site for specials; we got a pretty good deal ($123+tax), but it took some convincing the skeptical employee who took our reservation over the phone.

One more thing. The office provides 'all the goods' for making your very own PB&J any time. We opted for other local fare, but we thought you should know. Speaking of food, we highly recommend Munchen Haus (excellent brats and homemade mustard bar) and South (amazing guac and tacos).

A very nice choice and more affordable than most in town. The room was very clean, the decor was stylish. The staff was helpful with local information, the pool is very nice. The breakfast was more than expected. There is no view to speak of and it's a little bit further from the tourist center than some of the other options but given the price I would rather stay here again!

When you make your reservations, be sure to request a room upstairs.  We didn't and it sounded like a herd of elephants were above us.
The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.  Downtown is blocks away.  You can easily walk to the end of downtown from here.  They provide (lobby) with menu's of ALL the restaurants in town and it's even categorized by flavor.
Friday's and Saturdays they have Peanut Butter 'n Jelly Sandwiches available for you to make in the lobby.  They also have a continental breakfast, which is yummy.
All and all, I would have given this Inn 5 stars if it wasn't for their paper thin floors.

Great location, gracious staff, totally decent continental breakfast, and very tidy rooms.  These folks clearly take pride in their establishment, and have managed to make a typical motor inn into a truly lovely and comfortable place to stay.

We arrived late, and Amber told us all the places that were still open in town.  We had a river excursion planned on our final day, and the staff agreed to watch a few of our perishables so that we didn't have to leave them in the car.  The room was clean and well-appointed, it had a working fridge and microwave, and there were even little patio tables out on the community balcony, complete with pretty views of the

Suffice it to say, I'll always try to stay at the Linderhof Inn when I visit Leavenworth.  :)

Cute, clean, great staff, right smack in the middle of town.  A real touchdown! Not very expensive at all. It is not fancy, and the exterior doors had me worried, but we ended up loving this place and we will be back.  The pool is very small, but it was adequate for my kids to cool off after a long day.  The hot tub is old and small, but it was clean and very hot. Flat screen TV and very clean.  Worth every penny.

Needing a hotel for 6 near downtown for Oktoberfest 2013, the Linderhof townhouses were a good choice. Located within 3 minutes to town by foot, the location was ideal. Checking in was a breeze, and our overall stay was fine. Nothing memorable or noteworthy. Clean interior, although a bit dated but still charming in its own way.

Why only 3 stars? Welp, we had checked out and went into town for brunch when a member of our group realized she had forgotten her souvenir Oktoberfest mug! Oh noes! And since we had seen housekeeping come around right as we were leaving our room, I figured we could stop by and pick up the mug. We went into and the front desk lady went into the office to check for said mug and told us nothing had been turned in. Ok, I guess somebody in our group must have taken the friends by accident and we'll probably find it later.

Welp, an hour drive out of town and I get a voicemail (no reception) from same desk lady saying she found our mug and two sweaters in a cart downstairs. By this point, turning around would cost us two extra hours so I say "I'll just call and I'm sure they'll send it to us complementary" seeing as to how this was an overset on their end. However, on the phone, I was asked if they should charge it to the card I had on file when I initially booked the room. Gah.

Package arrived promptly, but was on my dime. I'd understand paying the shipping costs if it was our "mistake" but seeing as to how they were at fault for this (small) oversight, I wouldve been more obliged to rate them higher if they picked up the shipping fees.

The inn itself was just fine, staff was generally nice, and the continental breakfast was rather decent. Location is the best feature of this inn.

I stayed here over Labor Day weekend with a group of friends.  The hotel is right on the main strip in Leavenworth, and only about a block away from the adorable Bavarian shops in town.  Check in was easy and friendly, and we were handed a map of town and directed as to the easiest way to find our room.  Parking is plentiful and free, we were able to score a front row spot the entire weekend, which was nice, though unnecessary as we only drove anywhere once the entire weekend.

Our room was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and a pile of pillows on each bed.  I was impressed that the room was kept in such good condition because I know that it must get alot of traffic in such a highly-visited area.  The decor was homey and warm, almost like a country lodge, and the blinds did a great job of blocking out all the light when we pulled them shut while we all took a power nap in the afternoon.

Breakfast was complimentary and pretty decent.  It included:  Several types of cereal, scones, regular and cinnamon raisin bread for toast, toaster waffles, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit cocktail, among other things.  I wish that the yogurt had been individual containers because the huge bowl didn't look very appetizing, and the fruit cocktail was obviously from a canned mix so I passed on that as well.  It would have been nice to see some more fresh fruit out instead.  I tried the coffee the first day and decided it wasn't for me, so I sought out a Starbucks for my fix, thereafter, and stuck with juice at breakfast.

My friends all tried out the pool and hot tub one day while I napped inside (mostly to take a break from them) and said that it was decent.  We all really appreciated that the hotel had thought to include a small fridge in the room, which we made good use of with a few bottles of vodka from home and some cheese and other snacks bought in town.

The only downside to the hotel over the weekend (other than all of us opting to share a room...bad call) was that I went back one afternoon to check my email and get out of the sun for a while and the room had still not been cleaned.  It was around 2pm so I was a little annoyed, but I parked myself out in a chair at one of the tables on the main deck for a while until someone came through to do our room.  Not a huge deal, but I was grateful to plop back down on the bed and have a quick snooze when she was done.  Apparently I took alot of power naps that weekend.  I would definitely stay here again.

    Exceeded our expectations!

My wife and I usually stay at the Enzian Inn or we rent a house with our family. On a cold Friday night in late November, we decided to just call around and see if we could grab a deal on a hotel for the night. Adventure! Adventure!

The only room in the town was at the Linderhof Inn, right next to the Enzian. It was a very short walk to town.  At first I was nervous because I don't like rooms with doors opening to unenclosed hallways. However, our room was warm and quiet and you would never guess the door opened to an unenclosed hallway.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a flat screen television, refrigerator, couch and coffee table. The price was very reasonable for the time of year and short notice.

The staff was very friendly and they put together a great breakfast spread to start you off right.

Really 4.5.  Only because I reserved a spa room and received a loft room.   As a couple we would have preferred a spa.  However,  sleeping in the loft with black out blinds below was great.   Spacious and clean.  The loft room had a full kitchen with plates and silverware.  Very handy for drinks and snacks.

The townhouse loft was a great choice during our summer weekend girls get-away in Leavenworth. We were happy with the accommodation.  It was very spacious & affordable for 6.  There were 2 queen-size beds, 1 full bathroom with tub & TV on the upper level & a queen-size bed plus sofa on the lower level.  The townhouse was clean & the front desk staff was nice & helpful.  They offered complimentary breakfast; however, the foods were not what we were looking for as we wanted a heavier, more interesting breakfast:) - so we all preferred to eat somewhere else. The location is perfect as well.  We were in & out a dozen times but we did not get exhausted as the Inn is located where all the action is in downtown Leavenworth.

Stayed in Linderhof Inn for one night with our friends and we all enjoyed it very much. We got one room with 2 queen beds. The room was very clean and had everything we needed: microwave oven, towels, coffee machine, small fridge, TV.... They also have a hot tub and a small swimming pool, which we didn't use. The included breakfast was surprisingly good. Fresh coffee, tea, eggs, ham, cereal, cinnamon rolls, Belgian waffles, jam..... Everything was fresh and tasty. Jill at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. We'll definitely be back.

We got there hours before check-in for a family reunion conveniently across the street. I went in to see if it was possible to park in their lot since I would be checking in later that day. The beyond friendly lady at the front desk checked us in on the spot and lowered our rate! We were able to unwind from our drive and freshen up before strolling over to join our family celebrations.

The room: The bed was SO comfortable!! It didn't have the top sheet, so I was really grossed out, but noticed they were in the sink/coffee area. Phew!!

Instead of Styrofoam cups for everything, they had glasses for the water and To-Go cups w/ lids for the coffee. It's a little detail but a good one.

The breakfast was yummy. It's hard to keep quality when cooking for the masses but they managed to whip up a big assortment of grub.
