The Camlin Hotel aka known as the "Suicide Hotel" if youve lived in Seattle long enough;is now a Wyndham timeshare hotel.
We went to a presentation ( I know I know) but we had already done a timeshare and the only reason we got out of it was because the company went bankrupt due to a lawsuit.

We were told that there was a museum in the hotel and these beautiful rooms.

Well after we said that we would have to do "research" on their company, somehow we couldn't even see this museum or even see on of the rooms. We were red flagged.

The sales person showed us this scuzzy courtyard and a pathetic pool and hot tub that faced the parking lot of the hotel.

We also were told there were people who lived a few blocks away and would come stay at the hotel. Were these people on crack? Getting their homes fumigated?

In any case, I had always wanted to go into this haunted hotel, but was only able to see the lobby, the crap courtyard, the shitty "clubhouse",and the 10th floor where they try and sell you a timeshare. You can't even give away timeshares!

    Never buy one.

However,we were down there to go to Comic con and after the "presentation" we got $75 so we had a really nice lunch.

Its too bad the hotel is only open to Wyndham timeshare holders,b/c its right downtown and would be good for people who wanted to see a show, but there are several other downtown hotels to choose from.

We are WorldMark owners and really enjoy staying at The Camlin. Especially great to catch a musical at The Paramount and walking just across the street. Nice restaurants within walking distance including a late night dessert at The Cheesecake Factory.
