Beds were comfortable but the carpets dirty and the fixtures need upgrading. Also, we we charged more than our online confirmation (the staff said that Choice Hotels had the taxes for the area), and we missed our breakfast as there was no notice of the time except for a small sign in the lobby. We had thought they told us 7 - 10 am but it was actually 5 - 9 am. The receptionist apologized, but with the attitude of "oh well".  We will not stay there again.

The middle aged Polish lady and the gentleman who picked us up from the Airport on 7/3 were very nice and very helpful as was the sweet receptionist at the desk when we arrived.  She went out of her way to be certain we received a room with a refrigerator (we had requested).  When we returned on 7/5 the evening receptionist was not so helpful.  In fact, she was downright rude and said "first come, first serve" when i explained we had requested a room with a refrigerator.  She was not the least bit helpful.

The room was adequate, nothing fancy, the chairs were pretty dirty and needed a good cleaning but you get what you pay for.  It was convenient to many restaurants and 2 blocks from the train station for easy access to downtown Seattle.

The breakfast was adequate (nothing heathy, which is why I wanted a refrigerator because i brought my own food which I ended up having to throw away on the 5th), but they do try to provide a breakfast which is adequate for most people.

The Chinese restaurant and liquor store at the end of the parking lot are nice to pick up food and water, juice, snacks, etc. and there are several very good restaurants nearby (within walking distance).

I would stay again but be sure to call in advance, speak to a manager and confirm my reservation and requests.  Also I would probably request room 608 as the air conditioner worked in that room.  Our first room the air conditioner shut off about every hour which meant i was up all night resetting so I didn't get much sleep due to being hot.

    Let's start with the staff:
The attitude of the staff was pretty much along the lines of "go away and don't look at me".  We checked in and right away noticed the attitude, but brushed it off because we were walk ins at 3pm on a Wednesday. Right way, we knew this place was gonna be a pain, but we were tired and already paid for 4 nights/5 days upfront because we were happy for a smoking room.
The room was NOT made before we walked in, and at first we thought it was just the unmade bed (which when we came out to ask for the bed to be made, the maid muttered something in Hindi while the front clerk feigned surprise. After bed was made we realized the room had not been cleaned, as there was no toilet paper, no trash liners, and no towels. We were handed all of it and told that to be cleaned we would have to check out or get a none smoking room. Beyond tired from a several state drive, we took the things back to the room and did it ourselves. What ever.
From that point on we were left completely alone and not once acknowledged, which was fine as we were busy.

The other guests included all night coughing guy, drunk half naked girls running and giggling down halls, and family who screams at their bratty children.

Overall, a horrible stay, even for the price!

Ghetto area..... The "breakfast" area is right by the entrance door.. A little weird. Our room was disgusting. It had either crusty piss on the wall or something else but it was in fact yellow! The bathroom was ok it was just the room itself that was gross. Thankfully no bed bugs but still, dust on things still & was super small. My boyfriend & I could just taste all the bacteria we were breathing in! Not to mention we woke up in the middle of the night to the people next door having a pounding good time, at least they enjoyed their stay!

If I could give negative stars I would. "Phil" at the front desk argued with us about how we did us a favor by "saving us the room and turning away families with children" for us. HE DID THEM A FAVOR! The room had bugs, the bathroom had pee on the floor. The second room clearly had not been cleaned. The bed was made with sweat stains and wrinkled sheets where someone clearly had laid and watched some choice television shows if you know what I mean. It also had cigarette burns in the sheets. We decided it wasn't worth taking bed bugs with us and decided to check out. Phil insisted on showing us the laundry room and that "they don't iron the sheets" so wrinkles happen. The police eventually got called because he told us we weren't allowed to leave. The cops said they left an active murder scene and a shooting to come escort us out of the hotel. They explained the only people who stay here are prostitutes and crack heads, which is clear now. We checked in at 2:49 and were back at the airport by 4:15. We chose to sit in the airport for 9 hours itchy from the bugs instead of staying in this dump. Take this as you will, don't ever stay here. The cab driver john was very nice and drove us to and from the airport, this was the only positive part of the experience.

Place smells like Indian food , terrible customer service skills the lady at the front desk yelled at me for having a guest for 10 minutes that just arrived from the airport . Construction right outside the window at like 8 am when I complained she had nothing to say. The volume on the tv is stuck on like 10 could not hear over all the noise going on. Will definitely not be back here unless you want no sleep !

I'm so happy to be leaving today, happy that the rooms were made, but the beds smelled,  the pillows were hard and I kept having the feeling that there were bedbugs. But I'm not sure if that what just me being paranoid or not.
The beds are hard as a rock and I couldn't sleep at all. Not to mention vary thin walls, for all kinds of sound to pump into your room.
The breakfast is horrible, the TV with almost no children channels. Only good thing here are the vending machine though everything in it is overpriced.
They have Wifi in the lobby but as soon as you hit the hallway it dies so fast!
It was cheap but I have been to much nicer hotels that were cheap. Don't waste your money, a car nap is much better than the beds here!

Good price for 2 queens ($70) and clean and comfortable. Includes a basic breakfast with cereal, toast, muffins. Staff even turned on juice machine as we were leaving so our kids could have some drinks on the road. Coffee only bad part of the equation. Near to Flight Museum and not far from Space Needle etc.
