Yeah, we got what we paid for in this place. Compared to the joint we stayed at in Castle Rock, WA, this felt like a dorm room. Small, cramped and the carpet had (we hope) obviously been shampooed not long before we arrived. It's not the Hyatt, but hey, when you're on a budget, that really doesn't matter. The front desk guy was pleasant enough and got us going. I think we're planning on spending some time out on the town since this place isn't as homey as, well, home. However, if you're on a tight budget, this will do for the money.

Great, especially for the price.
The woman at the front desk was very nice. We paid about $70, including tax, for a room. The room was clean, with a mini-fridge, microwave, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi internet: everything we wanted.
We were also informed that a complimentary continental breakfast is included.
All in all, it is a reputable establishment for a great price. They offer everything we needed for half the price of some other places on the same street.

Don't stay here. It costs 4x what it should, there's tons of detritus in the hallways, elevators, sidewalks and they openly allow prostitution in the front rooms next to the parking lot.
Staff was rude, didn't honor the contract stating I'd only need to pay one night deposit, they wanted the whole amount for the week up front, housekeeping was iffy when they came at all and the key cards needed to be re-keyed every single time we left.

Stayed here for a couple weeks. Was scoped for a robbery, propositioned for sex in exchange for drugs, had some woman threaten to kick my dog because I didn't bum her a cigarette, and was flashed by an old drunk guy staying there (the cops ended up hauling him off... seven of them). It's a really ghetto place. Working girls and drug dealers are the usual clientèle. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is that the staff is genuinely nice, and they actually were prompt in responding to my complaints. Keep your door locked and don't linger outside if you don't need to.

Stayed here for a week and regret every bit of it. 1) for a week it costed 450+deposit, not cheap at all for a disgusting motel. 2) I woke up with a bite on my hand and it was super itchy but I decided to ignore it after 3 day there were a whole bunch on my arms and legs so I decided to check my bed and it was filled with bed bugs. DISGUSTING!!! 3) The hotel rooms smell like shit ugh nasty. Overall would not stay here again and regret not going to a better place. Now I have to get rid of bed bugs. Thanks roadway inn.

We stayed on the first floor in room 111. At 4:00 AM on August 24th, 2014 I was woken up by the police breaking down our neighbors door and marching him into the parking lot completely naked and arresting him for trespassing.
At the same time I noticed a few bites on my arm but I assumed this was from the outdoor wedding rehearsal that I'd attended only a few hours before. I went back to sleep and at 6:00 AM I was was woken up by approximately 20 bites traveling down my right arm and 3 bites on my face. I became extremely swollen and my arm was in pain. I turned over my pillow and found a large tick-like bug crawling...BED BUGS.
I immediately jumped in the shower, got dressed and showed the man at the front desk my bites and demanded a refund and was checked out at 6:30 AM. They refused to refund the room. Covered in bed bug bites and carrying all of my belongings in a garbage bag, I immediately had to take a bus to my cousin's wedding (which I was a bridesmaid in). I spent her wedding day scrambling to prevent any straggling bed bug larva from traveling to her home by using her laundry on her wedding day. Not only that but I was covered in BED BUGS BITES on my arm and face for every wedding picture. This place caused an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE for me and people I am close to and, like I said, they refused to refund me.
DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

I normally wouldn't go out of my way to review a cheap motel, but.....
1. It wasn't cheap, we paid $100 for a room with 2 beds
2. Blood stain on the ceiling
3. Cum stains on the headboard
4. Multiple holes in walls
5. Showers got cracks everywhere
6. Water damage in the corner with four feet of peeled off base trim
7. Everything needed to be plugged in, including the phone.
8. Non smoking room had cigarette burns and reeked of smoke.
9. Microwave had no turntable anymore and was filthy.
The list could easily go on, this room was hilariously gross. Glad I didn't have to pay for the room since I'm on a work trip, but I feel really bad for anyone who gets tricked into coming here.

Absolutely above and beyond what I expected . I was looking for a room that would be close enough to Downtown with out actually being in the middle of all the hussle of downtown and I was pleasantly surprised to find a n affordable place within about 15 min to Seattle Center with a staff that absolutely goes out of there way to insure a pleasent stay . There contintal breakfast was a little under par however the staff friendliness from the owner who is actually avaliable not that he was needed every morning in the front office engaging in conversation and actually showing appreciation for patronage of the guest to the very friendly and helpful Crystal the front desk clerk who actually printed me up a list of must see attractions while staying in Seattle. I am going back on business in late August and have already made my reservation because they hotel was above average on cleanliness but absolutely t
ops on friendliness. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the Seattle area .
