Meh. Few parking spaces. Somewhat expensive for what you're getting. Front desk was ambivalent. Pillows were shitty, and when we called for more, instead of them bringing them to our room, we had to go get them (um, wtf?). The shower needed to be scrubbed down and re-caulked (black grout lines and caulk lines), and there was a hole in the wall where the bathroom drain went into the wall, that was stuffed full of toilet paper (awkward and creepy). We stayed here because we were here for a wedding reception, but I wouldn't stay again. The reception space itself was nice, but as for the rooms - I would look into other airport hotels if you need to stay the night in Milwaukee.

Adequate for the night before the flight, gated parking included and shuttle to the airport.  Front desk was nice and our room is always clean (2 times).  Typical airport lounge type bar but avoid their restaraunt.

Great hotel. Flight was cancelled and couldn't leave until the morning (southwest). Hotel staff was very accommodating and provided free toiletries.

Great stay! We stayed one night to catch an early flight from Milwaukee airport.  We used the on site parking and shuttle service both of which were fantastic! We checked in really late and the two guys working on the overnight shift were extremely helpful and so very accommodating.  When we returned from our trip they picked us up from the airport and shuttled us back to our car! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.  Note: due to the timing of our stay we did not use the pool or any facilities so can't comment on that! Heather Pincelli

Hard to believe this is considered a full-service level of the choice hotel brand. While the room was clean, the front desk staff was un-engaged in the customer service experience and the amenities were barely noticeable.  Clarion appears to be a layover spot for the airline employees in between flights, so this is obviously the market to which they cater.  There's nothing wrong with that, and it's good to know airline personnel are treated like members of a family when they're away from home, just as long as you, as a "civilian" are prepared to be treated like a nuisance at worst, or an inconvenience, at best.

Finding a place to park in the lot is next to impossible for late arrivals.  Not sure if the hotel rents its parking spaces to locals who want an off-airport site to park, but it's definitely inconvenient if you're a paying guest.

With all that said, if you don't have a car and just need a clean place to flop for the night with minimal fuss, Clarion will work just fine.

If it wasn't for it's proximity to the airport and it's long term parking, i wouldn't have stayed here.  But for the price of the room and parking (was cheaper to do it separate than get the hotel/park package) I couldn't find anything better at the time.

Simply put, this hotel needs a renovation and the cleaning staff needs to step it up a notch.  Our room appeared to be clean, but it just has that grungy look to it.  The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillows were horrible....luckily i was tired.  Apparently, based on what my wife said, it was a huge benefit for me to sleep without my hearing aids in because apparently the planes were quite loud in the room throughout the night.

The breakfast they provide was horrible....crappy doughnuts and bad coffee.

Will definitely look harder before staying here again.

I stayed here thanks to Delta airlines even though I have a house in Wauwatosa. I was to fly out Friday evening but my first flight was late which made me miss my connection. I got a free hotel room a Clarion and a $25 food voucher which I spent on booze at the Corks 'n Cleaver restaurant.

The room was pretty nice, air conditioner on full blast when I arrived, nice front desk staff. Comfy queen sized bed. I was up at 4:45AM and they were stocking the coffee bar with Dunkin' Donuts. Would I stay here on my own dime? Yeah probably.

24 HOUR AIRPORT SHUTTLE. Hotel is literally right across the street from the airport.
