Affordable and clean rooms.  I would have rated with higher stars but wifi was surprisingly slow and got slower as stay progressed.  Also no microwave or mini fridge in rooms.  Over all decent place to stay but nothing fancy.

Its your standard courtyard without any of the bistro upgrades that some have. This place is hit-or-miss. I was there on three separate occasions and each time was totally different. One week I had a dirty shower curtain that was super gross. One week my shower had lukewarm water the whole time.  The last week was completely fine.

    Overall a nice hotel.

However, I was in the lower end of the hotel by the road.
The walls are paper thin and the noise from the roadway was very loud.

ask for a room in the twenties and above.

My company puts me up here when I am in town for business; the hotel meets my one big requirement, it is clean! The staff is very friendly and accommodating.  The breakfast is plentiful and in the afternoon there are cookies at the front desk.  This hotel might be a bit out of the way, but take with that it is very quiet.

Stayed here for 3 days this past weekend. The room was nice and everything was comfortable. Staff was friendly as well. The area is a little sparse in terms of restaurants and what you can find seems to close early. Nothing really negative about the hotel.

People are nice but the gym is weak. They need to finish renovating. Funny thing they told me they had all new equipment.

Fine hotel nice rooms comfortable beds so why is it missing a star, because of breakfast. For an extra few dollars you get to order breakfast at their Starbucks. The breakfast deal was explained  without  much detail. We ordered eggs over easy, toast and sausage. Got eggs basted hard, cold toast which didn't melt the butter and sausage, everything was cold. In a rush but will return it next time. Starbucks when food is cooked and is put aside it keeps cooking and when something it hot and put aside it gets cold.

Standard Courtyard... Seems older but it's still clean.  The beds are a bit on the softer  side.

I had a great stay at this Courtyard location.  All of the Courtyards I have stayed in have been great, but the staff at this location really went above and beyond expectations.  I have stayed in 5-star hotels that did not have a staff nearly as friendly and accommodating as this location.

I went outside to run twice while staying here, and both times the women at the front desk offered me a cold bottle of water when I walked back in!

When I left to go to the airport, Chassidy, one of the front desk employees, offered me a bottle of water and a Kashi bar, then thanked me for my stay.

I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

    ** TV has inputs exposed
RCA, SVideo, VGA, HDMI, and USB inputs.

** Ridiculous amount of room! ...for one person
This is, essentially, 2 hotel rooms next door to each other, but you have access to both rooms. One room looks like a regular King room without the desk. The other room looks like a regular King room without the bed, but with the desk. Both have TVs, and both even have fold out couches! It's kinda amazing how big the room is without a bed! I only wish I didn't have to work like a dog while I'm up here, or else I'd throw a party!

    ** Really Free Wifi
Wifi isn't encrypted, but it works great and is decently fast. Plus, it's fully free! However, I did have trouble with my VPN...

** Alarm clock is REALLY loud!
Though I later bash it for being a cheap $10 GE alarm clock, the buzzer on this thing is very loud! I'm a deep sleeper and have slept through many alarms, but I don't think I could sleep through this one! Then again, I don't know if it has something to do with the handicap room, because there're "hearing impaired" signs outside the door.

** Washroom is literally, a wash room.
It's probably because I have the handicap room, but the washroom is all tile, and there's a toilet, a shower head, but no tub or shower. The floor of the shower IS the washroom floor. It's a style I'm used to seeing in Korea or other Asian countries, but not so much in the US. There's a slight grade so that the water flows towards the drain, but entrance is not at all elevated or even offset, so if just a little bit of water collected, it would spill out into the vanity area. So, basically, this following scenario can happen: You take a shower, walk out to the vanity area, get dressed for work, put your socks on, 30 minutes later, walk back in to take a piss, then swear because your socks are soaked now! Ask me how I know!

** Closet racks are too low
Again, definitely because it's a handicap room/wheelchair accessible, but the racks where you hang your clothes are like, stomach level (above the belly button). I'm hanging my khakis, and the bottoms are just dragging & folding on the ground.

    ** Slightly dated hardware
This sounds pretty nitpicky, but hey, I stay at mostly Courtyards, so I do notice little things. The 4 phones are all wired, coil wire phones. The central AC/Heating is not digital. FYI, that controls the bedroom. The living room(?) has controls on the vent itself. Lamp switches are mostly of the "reach under the lampshade and twist it twice" variety. Alarm clock is your run-of-the-mill $10 GE kind. No frills, and definitely no line in.

** Living room AC/Heater & Desk are badly placed
I was a little cold sitting at the desk working, so I turn on the heater at low for just a bit, but got so annoyed at the hurricane blowing at my back, so I turned it off. The seat for the desk is right in front of the vent, so it's a little inconvenient if you're not comfortable at the ambient temperature of the room.

This Courtyard doesn't have an on premise restaurant, but they have a menu for "Order Inn," which is some kind of kitchen dispatch kind of thing, from what I can tell. You order it as room service, and it takes about an hour to deliver your food.

Room was nicely sized with a medium sized tv. The bed was positioned in a weird place but that offered space for the pullout sofa. A nice little balcony was provided that gave us a view of the parking lot.

The lobby is very nice and futuristic looking.

There's a nice pool and hot tub.

Guest laundry is a nice feature!

Stay was pleasant and very quiet. Just wish there was free breakfast buffet instead of an expensive grab and go breakfast bar.

Welcome back to 1993.  This has to be the oldest decor in a Courtyard I have experienced, old green carpet and worn out furniture.  I stayed in a Baymont in Grafton that put this place to shame.

I don't believe that this is a standard courtyard Marriott. This is one of the older hotels that has not been renovated. My understanding was that Courtyard was supposed to be on the upper tier of the Marriott chains, but that we not the case here.

To start with, when I checked in at 11pm my greeting consisted of "Name?"  After that I tried to make some conversation but got no feedback. He gave me room key and didn't tell me about anything (internet, breakfast)

The room itself was large with a separate sink and bathroom area. The carpet and furniture is in dire need up updating. The TV is ok for the size of the room. The beds were very soft but comfortable. Despite the fact that the hotel was relatively full it was very quiet.

There is not much of a breakfast. They have a mini Starbucks in the lobby that serves some fruit , oatmeal, and some sandwiches. The poor lady working behind the counter was alone so she was getting slammed in the morning.

Overall, a decent hotel, which could have been much better if the checkin gentleman actually had a personality.

Functional and clean and that's usually all I want from this level of hotel.  But the guy at the front desk was so personable and welcoming- he alone was worth an extra star!

Many of the rooms have balconies so if you like to sit outside during the better weather- you should ask for one.  Not much of a view as this hotel is located in a business area just west of Milwaukee proper, but I always like the option.

The bed is comfy and in the king sized bed rooms you will also get a pull out bed.  And the linens in all Courtyards have been upgraded so you will sleep well with plenty of pillows and a comfy duvet.

The bathroom is pretty basic with the sink area separate from the shower and toilet area.  And know if swimming is your thing- pack your suit as there is a pool off the main lobby area.  Internet is free and there is a restaurant on the main level that puts out a pretty decent breakfast at a reasonable price.

Not much to do in the area so I wouldn't stay here if hanging out downtown is your thing.  But definitely a good choice if your biz takes you into this neck of the woods!!
