We stayed here over MLK weekend, and had a great time. There's a pool area that is good for younger kids - small water slide, play area with near zero depth, small pool area with a basketball hoop that's deeper but is separated from the shallow area with a rope...  It got pretty crowded, but we were lucky enough to wait out the crowd a couple times and we got there early one morning when it was still quiet.  Free continental breakfast was ok, but crazy crowded for a while.  We had a nice time here.

This was a good stay, very family friendly.  Staff was friendly and helpful.  Only critique is over-chlorination of pool.

Nice friendly staff, good looking rooms, reasonable rates, free airport shuttle....but MUSTY!!! I can not capitalize that enough. 10 minutes here and I am sniffling big time.  I will add that the breakfast was pretty good with scrambled eggs, bacon and cinnamon buns

It's OK. I'm not sure it started out as a Holiday Inn Express. Most HI Express hotels seem to have different decor and "feel", where this one seems to be geared more towards vacationers instead of business travelers.

Elevator was broken.  No points or break given for lugging stuff upstairs.  Toilet is placed.tightly next to a wall and makes it impossible to take care of business when finished.... really sucks unless you are 5' or less!  Also staff was not friendly or even interested in their job what so ever!  Avoid!  There are better choices in the area.

This hotel is great! The ladies at Holiday Inn Express were very kind.  We were 'distressed passengers' from a flight delay in Milwaukee.  The airline, through a third party, had us in another hotel down the street that was so dirty, we called around for another place.  At 11:00 pm the Holiday Inn Express said we could stay there. The hotel was VERY nice, clean and heaven compared to where we came from.  Thank you Tina (hope I remember the name correctly) and the other nice front desk ladies.  We woke up to breakfast and coffee and caught the shuttle to the airport.  So glad we found this hotel and they were able to accommodate us!

I will never stay here again!!! The pool was absolutely terrible... Not for adults at all!! It was also freezing cold in the pool area, my one year old Niece hated it and she loves to swim.

I am a Priority Club member. I stay at Holiday Inn's as a preference when I travel. This location was always predictably pleasant to visit. The ownership has recently changed. Now, the employees bring their kids and neighbors to the pool. The pool closes at 10pm. But the kids are out there whooping it up until 10:45. I returned to my room after work to find that housekeeping never came. The breakfast attendant "Claudia". Closes the breakfast bar almost 30 minutes early. I asked her for food. She rolled her eyes, then turned and walked away without uttering a word. However, when a Mexican lady asked for food, Claudia was quick to respond. I now suppose Race was a factor. Claudia is not the only rude member of the staff. I will find a different Holiday Inn franchise next month when I return for business. You may want to do the same.

Last month I flew out of the Milwaukee airport for a little vay cay and stayed at this hotel prior to our departure.

I'll admit, with a Holiday Inn, you don't really know what you're going to get, but this place was great!  Check in was a breeze.  We reserved a time to get on the airport shuttle and were off to our room in under 5 minutes.  Beautifully renovated rooms and large, bright bathrooms made me feel like I was staying at some fancy schmancy downtown Chicago luxury hotel.  My only complaint (and it's very minor) was that our room over looked the indoor waterpark.  If you are looking for complete peace and quiet request a room in a different wing of the building.

The continental breakfast was super for a quick grab and go before we got on the shuttle.

    Great value for the price!
