The Radisson Milwaukee North Shore was the second stop on our tour of wedding reception location site visits. The hotel is newly redecorated with travertine marble tiles and other nice amenities. The Radisson's event planner was extremely gracious and helpful as she answered our many questions. We got glimpses of the banquet facilities as they were in use. The hotel has two large banquet rooms that can be sized according to needs. The banquet rooms are very nice. We also saw a few guest rooms. Out of the many guest rooms we saw that day, the Radisson's were the best. The family guest room would have been perfect for our post wedding reception friends' gatherings. The hotel is known for its atrium which surrounds the pool. The atrium makes the space open and airy, and maybe even a little warm too. A wedding had booked the space for our same day. Overall, the Radisson is very nice hotel with a very helpful wedding/events planner Robin.

Don't bother spending your money here. Stayed at this hotel last month and had a dress stolen out of my room during my stay. My boyfriend emailed the management (with photos of said dress), as did the bride, and we never heard anything back from management.

The staff really make a place, everyone here was great, friendly and helpful.

The food was better than expected, especially for a large crowd that we had at a banquet.  Everyone's food came out at the same time, was hot and was tasty.

The building itself is a bit tired, and very 1980's, but the rooms were clean and well kept.

We picked this place because we wanted a pool with our hotel, and apparently hotels in Downtown Milwaukee are lacking in that area.  I wish we just picked a place more centralized, the pool wasn't really worth it for this trip.

The hotel has a strange layout- kinda sprawling, and doors leading to doors leading to exits (sounds weird, I know, but that's how this place works) aren't always marked, so you have to remember how to get out to your car.  The room itself was fine- clean, no problems there.  The shower was ok, but remember to bring your own soap.  I forgot this time and had to use the complementary soap (I appreciate it was there)  which was kinda cheap and left my skin feeling filmy.

There was a family reunion of sorts and the pool had at least 14 kids in it, jumping/ diving/ splashing/ screaming/ peeing...  so we had to resort to the hot tub- it only had about 5 kids in it at a given time.   Needless to say it was not regulated by the staff in any way.  I called to the desk for towels since there was none- and 20 mins later they arrived.

The "work out room" is presently 2 treadmills and an elliptical in front of a tv in an emptied out room.  It fits it's purpose, although the aesthetics could have been better.  The actual fitness room was being remodeled.

Horrible. Room was disgusting. Mold on bathroom ceiling and smelled horrible. Carpet in room was nasty. Smell in the lobby on 8/8/13 was overbearing and made my eyes water and sinus attack. Only 1 star as most of the staff was very friendly and bartenders Jason and other guy were great. Wouldn't recommend.

This review is specifically for the Zambonies Restaurant. If you are looking for a quiet, intimate place to grab a drink, this place fits the bill. If you are staying at the hotel, which is very nice, and you wish to grab a sandwich without having to drive anywhere, this place fits the bill. You walk in, and the place is empty. There was no host to greet us. The bar had about 5-6 people, whom I am assuming we're hotel guests. We sat ourselves and waited at our table for :15 minutes before someone emerged from the kitchen and brought us a menu. We ordered a chicken wrap and an Italian pasta dish. The wrap immediately fell apart and watered all over the plate. I did not enjoy the food. I ordered a soda and it came in a tiny glass that was not going to be refilled, as service was minimal. The only redeeming quality of the night, was the peace and quiet, and the French fries, but the French fries are not enough to make me return.

Stayed there for a recent business trip and would never return.  They advertise the sleep number beds which are nice to sleep on but they don't mention how they miss on other staples.  The alarm clock did not work so I called the front desk for a wake up call - never got it.  The shower would not work.  The wallpaper was peeling off and the carpet looked like it was something they put down in the early 90's.  In summary, if you want to sleep comfortably but wake up late and go to a client meeting without a shower, this is the place for you!  Enjoy.

Checked in and had a room with a sitting area and separate bedroom and a refrigerator. When I've traveled all over the world a lot of the hotels have put complementary food in my room and this was also the case here. To bad it was SOMEONE ELSES LEFTOVERS in the refrigerator!!!!!!!! I asked to talk to the Manager or General Manager and the response was "he's off, he might to a swing by tomorrow morning, but he'll be in Monday." REALLY something this serious and you won't call the Manager or General Manager! DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS-The hotel smells stale or has mildew YUCK!!

After reading some of the review I now know why I got such a good deal on Groupon.  The pool is in an open area in the middle of the hotel.  Our room was on the second floor and we could hear people in the pool while laying in bed.  There is an odd smell in the hallways, could not figure out what it was.  The room was clean.  Beds are sleep number beds which I do not like.  I don't think the remote to the beds worked to change the numbers.  The walls are thin, I could hear the shower running in the next room.

Would not pay full price for this hotel!

Rust on the lamps, tub cracked and broken, no hot water and other than the AM waitress in the morning, the staff is inhospitable and slow. They advertised an airport shuttle. Once I arrived they explained they stopped that service and even when they did have it it was only 8am to 5pm so I never could have used if for my 5am flight. The airport is 35 minutes away. If you advertise shuttle service, you should have shuttle service, not leave the customer hanging, 2000 miles away from home.  If you want a crap room at an ultra low rate, this is your dive.....

Let me start out with the fact the rooms are quite nice, clean and the housekeeping staff is friendly. Sleep number bed was nice.  Large flat screen TV, convenient power plugs for tech devices.  Updated finishes and space to move around.

But here are my main issues with my experience. Water pressure for the shower; laughable!  I mean the worse ever, regardless of adjustments.  I can sweat faster then this shower head emitted water!

Also, my room key just stopped working one day and it wasn't very convenient to walk all the way up to the front lobby, wait in line and have it reprogrammed.  This is a pretty large hotel.  The front desk staff was not apologetic at all.  The front staff was indifferent.  An apology goes a long way.  The absence of one leaves you feeling unimportant.

Also, for whatever reason my room had horrible cell phone service which was a huge frustration for me and not the hotels fault, but still added to some of the frustrations of staying there.  I checked out and stayed another 5 days at another hotel and finally was able to take a decent shower, use my cellphone and not have to get my key card reprogrammed, and have climate control! (read on below)

BUT the straw that really broke the camel's back for me was one evening it was a bit chilly in the room and when I turned on the heat, nothing came out. Nothing.  I live in Palm Springs, CA.  Needless to say I like desert heat and do not like to be cold, chilled, frigid.  Called the front desk, having just packed up my room, because there was no way I was staying in that cold room for the night, to be told that nope, no heat in the whole hotel and they could drop by some blankets.  What? Not acceptable and NO apology was given.  Interesting that the heating didn't work, yet had to listen to the sound of running water coming from the system in the corner of the room all night.  Also, no AC in this hotel, which I didn't need to use during that stay, but still surprising for a hotel in an area that has hot weather on occasion.

Sorry Radisson, it was not a good experience.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend and ended up learning that you get what you pay for.

First of all, our reservation was messed up when we got there. Not a huge deal to me because they were willing to work with us to fix it. However, Jesse who was working at the front desk refuses to look you in the eyes. He stares at the computer, the wall, answers the phone mid-your-conversation, rolls his eyes, whatever it takes.. he will. not. look. at. you. In the end, we got the reservation fixed and ended up being upgraded to a king suite instead of a regular king room for the same price. But it took like 45 minutes of standing at the front desk listening to Jesse answer the phone and complain about all the other guests in the hotel to the other staff member working. To the tune of "oh, good luck with that one" when she would answer the phone. He was literally rolling his eyes and making faces to himself when guests would call down to complain about something in the hotel. I should have taken it as a sign when 3 complaint calls came in while I was trying to check in.

Our room was actually really nice. Upgraded amenities, a sleep number bed, one of the TV's was a flat screen, the other wasnt. The bathroom was large. It had a whirlpool tub.

the first thing that I noticed was how FREEZING it was in the hotel room. It's mid-October in Wisconsin. It's cold. My husband and I were going out to dinner so we cranked the heat up and left. When we returned to our room it was unbearably cold. Like, hey... I know you're here to celebrate your anniversary and get naked.. but have fun in your sweatpants and winter hat type cold.

We called down to the front desk to ask if there was something we were missing on the thermostat. They said there was no way to turn the heat on. The entire hotel "had not been switched over yet" and was running on AC. So, they suggested we just turn it off completely, and they could bring us up some extra blankets. Not exactly the romantic vacation we imagined.

Instead we decided to take a bath in the whirlpool to warm up. The heater vents previously installed in the ceiling are no longer there and instead are covered with a plastic plate. The drain stop is also ripped out of the tub though we did find a replacement drain stopper elsewhere in the bathroom. We turned the water on and it was rusty brown in color when it came out. Obviously the tub had not been used in a long-while. Though it's also concerning that the cleaning crew never has once turned the water on. Shouldn't routine maintence checks be made on these sorts of things?

After getting out of the bath we got back into our fleece lined pants and sweatshirts and slipper socks and cuddled under the blankets until we were warm enough to enjoy each other. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and we wanted to swim but the pool is in an open atrium with other tables and a bar area... it's air conditioned like the rest of the hotel. Yeah right! If im taking a steaming hot bath just to warm myself up enough to be comfortable, there is no way im subjecting myself to a cold dip in the pool. Especially since I saw a woman come up and complain that the heat in the pool wasn't on when we checked in.

Honestly, I would have complained to the front desk about the heat situation, but there was obviously nothing they could do about it.. and I saw how Jesse's sympathy factor worked while he was eye-rolling and laughing with the other employee about customer complaints. I had planned on complaining in the morning when we checked out, but when we went to the front there was no one at the desk at all. No bell, no chime to call anyone.. nothing. We waited around a few minutes and guess who showed up... Jesse again. Still refused to look us in the eye. Even after I tried to create some small talk with him and explain that I can sympathyze. I've also worked front desk at a hotel chain. I know it can get frustrating dealing with crabby travelers. However, a little customer service can go a long way!

All in all.. This was a really disappointing getaway for my husband and I. I wish we had spent a little more and stayed somewhere else for our anniversary. Next time I will trust my instincts when hearing so many other guests complaining at the front desk and dealing with rude employees.

Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had.  I will NOT be staying here again and recommend you avoid it like the plague.

Where to begin.  Well I guess it was a convenient location for me and they have decent parking.  You can tell that this hotel was once nice, but that is no longer the case.

The entire hotel smells like a mix between chlorine, mold, and something they've sprayed to cover up the mold.  In other words it reeks.

The elevator isn't up to code and doesn't ding at every floor as it should.  Instead when you go inside you have no idea what floor you are on or if it's moving because the indicator is broken.

Our room was terrible.  You can tell they've tried to upgrade them, but they did a really half-assed job of it.  They have off-brand flat screens glued to the counter (just wall mount them like normal people) and none of the channels are actually HD so the picture quality is terrible.  They of course have sleep number beds in every room (as all Radissons do).  That was nice, if only they would work.  We had two beds in our room, but both remotes operated the same bed.  The maintenance man came and sort of fixed it.  He was able to set our beds to what we wanted, but the remotes still didn't work.  There was no stopper in the tub, so one could not take a bath.  The maintenance man also looked at this. He was very nice and apologetic but he simply could not fix it.  Not that I really would want to take a bath there because everything was quite dirty.

This place was overwrought with small children when I went there.  Now that's not saying it's family friendly.  I mean just children.  Children that were seemingly abandoned at the hotel.  The pool area would've been the redeeming factor of this hotel if the hot tub hadn't been full of small, unsupervised children that are two young to be in the hot tub in the first place (according to the signs posted by the hotel).  I realize that hotels don't standardly have life guards on duty, but they should be enforcing their own rules.

But the real kicker for me was the air quality.  As I mentioned the place smelled terrible when you walked in.  And this continued to the rooms that were filled with a terrible perfume clearly meant to cover up some worse smell.  The air quality of this hotel literally made me physically ill.  Not cool.

So, this was the only hotel available because of the NCAA tourney here this weekend -- and we found out why.  We were here for 3 days and we had to call for towels and shampoo every day.  The housekeeping only made it to our room once, while we were in it.  The room is ok and the bed is comfortable (thus the 2 stars) but it didn't smell clean.  The heat was set ridiculously high in the room and in the stairwells.  It was loud every night in the hallways.  One of our two keys never worked.  All in all it was just a negative experience.

Groupon says this was a 3 star hotel. I'd give this place two stars. 1. For the great location. 2. For the free wifi. Otherwise, the BEDS are awful. They feel like your sleeping on cardboard and so low to the ground... you might as well sleep on the floor. The noise level of the swimming pool area, which is basically in the atrium,  is so loud there's no way you'll sleep IN at the place. Ask for a non pool area I guess. And be sure to tell the maids that you're checking out otherwise they will call you out from the end of the hallway as your walk out the exit door. Ugh!

Really not good. Reception area is nice, employees very friendly, but it ended there. Hallways are dark. Room furnishings are dated, carpeting in the room is stained...and I can hear the conversation in the room next door.  It could be a long night.

Maybe I'm a hotel snob, but this joint is dated and not super clean. Weird Sleep Number beds and crummy TV.  Can't recommend, despite the price.

Also watch out for the dirty ice machine!  Ended up with weird black flecks in my ice water!

Basic, clean hotel for a short visit to Milwaukee at a good rate. Yes, the pool was in an odd location. Really, it's not a hotel to hang out in in my opinion. Just go, sleep and be on your way! Near highway, shopping, food, etc. No issues w management, nor cleanliness.

The Radisson is a typical down at the heels hotel. Remember those hotels from the 80's with an indoor pool in the middle of an atrium? That's the Radisson. There's nothing really wrong with it. It's okay but maybe for the price - especially in Milwaukee - I'd expect a lot more.

    - even though we'd reserved a double queen they tried to put us into a king suite instead, would have been okay except we needed two beds

    - the non suite rooms don't come with mini fridges

    - when we asked for extra towels they didn't come up 12:30 AM, yes they came after midnight!

    - on Sunday morning we were woken up by two women screaming at each other in the hall

    - on Monday morning we were woken up by construction at 8 AM, they decided to renovate the rooms down the hall

Okay if you need a place to stay but it's seen better days.

Let me start by saying I have worked in hospitality for quite some time, as well as front office management in comparable hotels like this one.

I came here with one of my friends and our girlfriends to attend a Cubs vs Brewers game, so the location was not exactly very convenient, but my friend is a Carlson Concierge level and booked two rooms on his reward points. That being said you would expect top notch service for your most valuable members. That was certainly not the case in every aspect of this stay.

We were given our keys and I walked into my room to find the sheets being stained, the trimming on the bed seemed to be stained by something I really didn't want to guess what it was, and to top it off the chair looked like someone had an accident on it. This is the room we were checked into! Cleanliness should be at the top of a hotels priority this was inexcusable. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I have encountered similar issues in my hotels, and I had met the Executive Housekeeper at check it. I had run into him in the hallway and explained the issue and he seemed hesitant on going to the room, but he did quickly with another housekeeper. The reason I know this is due to the fact I complained at the Front Desk on his attitude about me telling him the cleanliness was questionable. The front desk was quick to apologize and issue me a new room. I went to my previous room where I had the issue to grab our luggage and move to the new room, to find the Executive Housekeeper in there changing the sheets in anger essentially telling me the stains on EVERYTHING in the room are due to just their soap or the way the light is hitting the bed and everything else in the room. I did not want to even humor this ridiculous defense he was giving off and left the room without saying a word.

The new room was clearly a downgrade as it did not have a balcony, which I didn't mind until I realized we had a tiny window, that barely opened, with AC units that don't work. The room was the most humid hot mess of disgusting that if we didn't have our own PERSONAL fan we would of possibly sweat to death in this room. (I didn't know we booked a sauna!)

Then my party decided to head to the hotel bar to grab a few drinks before we headed out to downtown Milwaukee before the game. What an unbelievable mess it is in that place. The bar is large and looks decent at best, but the service was sad. Since, I already had an issue with this hotel's cleanliness I did not attempt to get any food or any draft beers, so I ordered bottles of beer. Figuring they couldn't screw up twisting off a miller lite bottle for me. I was right, they successfully could do that, but the bartender was INSANELY RUDE. She did not even come out of the back until my friend had been sitting at the bar for more than 10 minutes, and when she came out she had so much attitude we decided to have one beer and leave. (I honestly believe she saw our opposing team shirts and did not want to serve us.)

I am very understanding of problems in a hotel, as I have had to deal with the same types of issues. But when you have problems presented to you and your staff, it is an opportunity to fix it and I would be ranting and raving how great you fixed these issues.

I really wish I could give this hotel a worse rating but since it goes to 1 star, I will give it to the young front desk agent who helped me out, he was clearly understaffed and had been yelled at about five times by multiple guests complaining about the quality of this hotel. He handled himself well.

Stay far away from here, any motel is cleaner and more up to date.

This franchise needs to FIRE management and upgrade its amenities and rooms asap!  I was skeptical of staying here for my family reunion after reading reviews.

First, I was put into a king room instead of a room with double beds. I was going to make do until I looked around. The room was older than some of the others. Instead of a sofa sleeper, a lumpy full-sized bed with no headboard was against the wall. A broken closet door, dripping bathtub faucet, and not-so-clean tub led me to call the front desk and request to be moved. A 2nd floor room facing the pool w/ double beds was better.

Pros: sleep number beds, flat screen TV, full closet, cleaner bathroom, nice banquet room w/ decent food, clean lobby, friendly shuttle drivers and front desk agents, hotel wasn't horrible, but just ok for the price

Cons: freezing cold room, not able to fully control heat/air, no washcloths, rude bartender (wore dreadlocks), unvaccumed floors, unwiped nightstand, dirty bathroom door, bedskirt had white stains and who knows when/if the comforters had been washed and changed...ewwwww!!!

Housekeeping needs regular quality control checks!! They are doing bare minimal cleaning. Four calls to the front desk later, we still didn't get washcloths. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days and I had to call the front desk. Housekeeping finally told us the hotel is short washcloths b/c guests have been ripping them off. Shouldn't management keep room inventory and have a surplus of linen for situations like this???!!!

Day 3, the bathroom light went out. Jesse at the front desk was very helpful, patient, and apologetic on behalf of Radisson. Even though he handed the request to maintenance right away, no one showed. We took showers in the dark after waiting for over an hour. I stopped at the front desk on the way out and spoke with Jesse again. He comped 2 nights, gave us each free breakfast coupons for the last 2 days, and called maintenance to come right away again.

Just beware that this hotel is just...eehhh. It's not the best, nor the worst. It needs upgrades all around and the price is a bit much for what you get. Housekeeping needs quality control and I would strongly question management after reading all the poor reviews.

I got this on Hotwire, so I couldn't read reviews ahead of time.

As I walked in several guests in a heated argument trying to get out of their booking. Uh-oh. Bad sign.

All the hotel exterior doors were propped open (another bad sign). The hotel is organized around a huge atrium with a swimming pool in the middle, with all rooms facing the atrium. This terrible design flaw means you will NEVER have any quiet, and ALL the rooms have a nasty swampy smell from the pool.

With kids playing in the pool the noise is so LOUD you could never hear your TV if you wanted to watch a movie. And drunks coming and going all night long will wake up ALL the hotels rooms, since they all face the atrium. Plus the walls are thin. and the rooms have a big window facing the atrium (why?) so the noise level is even louder.

Once in the room, the disappointment continued. First, it was freezing with no temperature control. Then, the room was horrible: stained bedspread, peeling wallpaper in the bath room, ice bucked left full of water from the previous guest, black smutz (someone's eyeliner?) on the pillow case, thin sheets. lousy pillows and lumpy mattress.

The connecting door to the unit next door was unlocked (scary) and the walls thin so you hear everything. You heard EVERY door open and clunk shut and every drunken conversation. Worse than most 1 star hotels.

Music played late from the wedding reception going on, then the party continued to the parking lot with yelling shouting etc. Even with earplugs it was impossible to sleep. Worse night sleep ever. I hated this place and truly felt sorry for the people working here who have to put up the complaints from the many unhappy guests.

Just a terrible place to stay. Have a good look at the photos. Avoid staying here at all costs.

Sadly, this hotel did not meet expectations at all. Our first night was good and no problems existed.

On the second night, we returned back to the hotel after being out all day long, what we found was quite horrible and less than a good experience.

The first issue was the toilet paper was not restocked and this was a major issue to where I had to use tissue paper.

The second issue occurred as I pulled a small towel from the towel rack and found feces on the towel.

As I entered the bedding area, the bed sheets showed blood and stains and the room was not picked up at all.

When I called down to the lobby they first were trying to put is in a room and could not locate one. At this moment, I told the front desk to go ahead and change the sheets, provide clean towels and comp/discount the room. The lady at the front desk said she could do that.

When Mike (security guard) came to the room with another gentlemen he informed us that we could take the two comps for breakfast but they were not going to comp/discount the room. He even saw all the issues with the room. He told us that we told the front desk that we didn't want a new room. I informed him that we were told they didn't have one and that the front desk informed us that we would get the comp/discount.

They then couldn't find sheets for the bed after telling us they were going to put us in another room and changed their mind because they would just put sheets.

To add insult to injury during this stay, housekeeping attempted to kick us out of our room at 8:30am on our last day stating that we had already checked out and began to argue with us.

When we called the front desk they informed us they checked out the wrong room.

Caught a deal on priceline.....sweet right? For the price that i paid cant beat that. Nestled into the north shore its in a prime location for eating, shopping and leisure. I didnt have any troubles with checking in or with registration.

The hotel is a little dated but its not that bad. The pool and Jacuzzi are in the middle of the hotel (atrium) which is surrounded by rooms. This is the weirdest design ive ever seen. I will admit i did want to go swimming though.

The room was a standard room, flat screen television and modern touches. The plus to the room is that it has a sleep number bed. My number? 30. I felt like a kid playing with the bed.

Dont let the stars fool you. I would go again. The three stars are because there is nothing that would make me want to go back, however i would go back for the right price because i had a nice time. But then again i dont need the biggest and brightest things to impress me or make me happy.

If your looking for the Hilton or the W then dont book here. This hotel is no frills quiet getaway. Its not a vacation location! But i'll be back.

Booked 20 rooms for a wedding.  They promised a shuttle bus but left the wedding party stranded.

In the end the Hotel did help arrange basic transportation but the experience caused stress for the Bride and Groom.

Decided to book a room since my friend's wedding was held here last night. When we arrived, they had all of the outside doors propped open which is dangerous and illegal. We quickly found out that the A/C in the entire building wasn't working, because my husband went to turn the air on and only heat came out.

About 5 minutes later he had to kill a COCKROACH  in the bathroom. And this was not a baby, this sucker was big. Seriously, we had been checked in for 5 minutes and I was done. 5 different employees came to the room to see the dead roach. They all looked in the bathroom and freaked out, but only 1 guy was brave enough to clean it up.

We pretty much packed our bags and told the front desk we wouldn't be staying.

My poor friend, the bride, was sweating through her dress. So we had to prop open another Emergency Exit just to get air in the hall.

Horrible experience. Will never go back

I don't understand why this hotel has a 2star rating. It was clean, friendly service. comfortable beds. Good hotel. Recommended

Unreal... How to rate this hotel and how to make improvements... Burn it to the ground and don't even pee on the ashes. The select comfort bed was at 99 and wouldn't adjust. I wound up sleeping on the floor. The other bed squeaked and groaned like it was a movie prop in a horror movie. The sink in the bathroom was plumbed wrong. Cold is hot and vice versa. Outlets in the walls were lose which my toddler instantly found. The HVAC just plain sucks... We turned it off and I still woke up with it being 85+ in our room. The area by the pool went out of style sometime around 1982. Most disturbing is when leaving the hotel out a side door to get dinner it didn't open! The motion sensors were broken so the magnet locks wouldn't disengage. A massive fire hazard. You might be safer and more comfortable parking on the side of the highway. Even at $65 a night through groupon I feel like I've been taken.

I can't say enough how professional Jesse was at your hote. He continually Wowed us with his customer service. He was totally hospitable about all our crazy needs with my daughters wedding. We called downstairs and asked for scissors and then I asked for large garbage bags. He personally looked around the hotel for them and brought them to her room. With a wedding, life is totally crazy and stressful. Jesse made it simplistic with is eagerness to please! Again, he was totally professional and if I'm positive Jesse is working, we'll be back!

Wowwww... What an adventure... I wonder how this hotel get stars.wtf ??? Where are the star of that place? I am one of the less difficult person in the world as far as comfort in a hotel but here there is an issue.
I changed 2 times a room... First one was not a hotel room period, second one AC was working like a nuclear reactor and the third one I should have changed a room but it was too much hustle so I decided to just take it easy. But this room wasn't blowing but not like an AC. And the bed not comfortable at all. Called the front desk for room service to do my room. Left the hotel and 3hours later nothing. Smh...
One good thing this place is the housekeeping ladies are nice and really helpful(helped me to move from one room to another) other that I don't know. Overall bad experience.

Numerous problems with the rooms: they first put us in 244, right across from a vending machine and a door that opened and shut incessantly at all hours of the night, with people having vending-machine-side conversations at 1am, 4am, etc. When we asked to switch rooms, one of the staff knowingly nodded: "Ah, is that the room across from the vending machine?" They then gave us another room which luckily I had the foresight to preinspect before lugging all our stuff there: the heater had gone psycho and the room was probably 90 degrees. The first attempt to repair the heater seemed to succeed, I moved all my stuff, then it went psycho again. They finally transferred us to a third room which was okay.

The four stars comes from the level of customer service. You could tell they really cared and bent over backwards apologizing and not stopping till things were fixed. They also asked me several times during the remainder of the stay if everything was okay. I think that it's easy to dump on service-based organizations when things are bad and neglect to leave good reviews when times are good, so wanted to make sure I acknowledged this.
