I'm going to make this review brief, because I have the tendency to elaborate when I've highly disliked an experience. For a "higher end" resort & spa, I expected a much nicer, cleaner, and friendly service/environment.
- The beautiful website boasts a lake front rooms, overlooking the water --- this was entirely UNTRUE. My room was situated behind the office...and I had to walk to the water and the beach. Perhaps the worst part! (the website should have given options of a water view, instead of leaving patrons with the notion that all the rooms were water front views).
- My hot water ran out on two separate occasions.
- The second bedrooms shower wasn't even working!
- Toilet stopped up!
- We weren't given the room that we originally booked.
- Rooms were suppose to have granite, instead, we had laminate.
- The pots and pans in the kitchen were terrible. I've seen better cookware at thrift stores in my college years. Badly scratched up teflon.
- If you want turn down service, its extra.
- You have to empty your own trash and load the dishwasher yourself before checking out.
- Couldn't get the sauna to work no matter how many times I tried!!
- No work out center.
I didn't feel like I was on vacation. My home is quite nice and I suppose I could have just stayed home and did the same thing, especially since the beach/lakefront views weren't really there.
- Pretty rooms.
- Located within 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive to most attractions
- I did tell the front desk/office about my dislikes, and perhaps I will be comped, but I only really want it if I get a lakefront rooms.

This resort is lovely. The view from the 1 bedroom condo was stunning. Extremely clean, quiet and very modern. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool in the late evening. The front desk staff extremely friendly and called to make sure everything was good. Will definately stay here again.

This resort is a favorite of mine and my friends and family. We have been staying here since they opened. From the second we checked in to the second we left we were treated and greeted with friendly efficient service. The condos are equipped with everything you would need to cook a nice dinner. The atmosphere is relaxing and so enjoyable. We soaked up the sun and sipped on drinks by the well maintained beach and pool. We spent the night by the gas fire pit and it was so nice not smelling like a campfire. The bedrooms in the condos are clean and comfortable. It's my home away from home. The only thing that could be better is if there was a free shuttle service provided. Other than that this is the perfect vacation spot for small or large groups and the one bedrooms are great for a couples getaway.

This is a review of the Delton Grand Spa - only. I left three voicemails and sent two emails to schedule an appointment for spa services for my girlfriend. Nobody bothered to call me back or return my emails. How frustrating! This is hardly a professional salon. The owner should really hire more professional staff.

What a fantastic place! We weren't expecting a whole lot, but it wasn't a Motel 6 rate, so our expectations were fairly high. On arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful, overlooking Lake Delton and the resort's private beach and dock. The location is very convenient as well, just minutes from the strip where all the water parks are, etc.
Lots of coupons given to us at the desk, as well as suggestions on how to maximize the value of those coupons.
Back to the room -- one bedroom, king size bed, kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee for the coffee pot, all looking pretty much brand new. Flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, with a bunch of Dish channels. Huge sliding door leading to a good size balcony. The shower is HUGE with both regular shower head and body sprays. Towels were a little flimsy, but clean and fresh.
Overall, we nearly extended our visit the minute we hit the room -- but unfortunately, we had to get home as scheduled. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Negatives? The "beach" is pretty miniscule, although they had a second beach that is slightly larger. There's no restaurant onsite or within easy walking distance - although there is a little bar/pub. Didn't try the spa or the indoor/outdoor pools, although they were spotless...
TIP: Ask for the "adult suites", not the Theme Suites -- that will put you in the building with the lake views and 1BR suites.

Celebrated a 45th birthday party here with friends. We selected the WI Dells as the location since it was central for MN, WI and IL friends attending. I didn't want to deal with kids and screaming water parks so this was the perfect place. It's off the beaten path a bit and has the most beautiful location and scenery. We stayed in 313 penthouse on the lake. It was so great we didn't want to leave and will be back to enjoy more. The PH is fully loaded and we felt like we were at home. The staff was great and very helpful with our group. They helped before our trip in planning and then gave additional tips for dining during our stay. We were there during off season so it was very nice and quiet. Treat yourself and your group and stay here!

Everything I imaged about this place didn't happen. The overpriced room had zero view of any water. When we walked in, the door was open and extremely obvious that it was not clean. The beds were not fully made, used soap in the shower and toilet seats were up and dirty. The dishwasher was full, it was obvious. When asking the front desk if i should come back she called the crew supervisor who said it was clean and he didn't fully clean it because there was only two of us in a four bedroom so it didn't need to be all the way clean. She moved us and acted as it was a big deal. The beach was closed off, the indoor pool looked like a motel 8 pool and our peaceful quite stay was not happening. Almost every neighbor that the room touched was up until 4AM screaming and yelling as they were quite intoxicated. Most of them had over 10 people in each unit. Not only will I never be coming back to this place, but to the dells in general. Awful stay for the money.

We had a lovely Memorial Day weekend at the Delton Grand. Our room overlooking the lake was perfect, and the extra large shower was a nice surprise.
The only bummer was a super late check in time (4pm!) and relatively early check out (11am). They told us we could get a later check out at the front desk if we called. They gave us until 11:30 haha! I doubt there was anyone else lined up for our room on a Tuesday, but they didn't accommodate. Oh well. We stored our things in the car the rest of the day.

Awesome place to stay! Very quiet, right on peaceful Lake Delton where you can watch the ducks and geese right outside your room.
We stayed in a theme suite, (spa resort) which was very spacious and perfect for two people on a romantic getaway. Jacuzzi tub in the room, huge shower and well appointed overall. Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, answered our questions and were great.
Definitely would stay again when looking to stay away from the water park crowd.

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and had incredible views, however, the front desk staff was not very friendly or accommodating. They made check in difficult, lengthy and stressful. We stayed here for a wedding and the refused to let us in the room or store our stuff even a little early so we would not be late to wedding events and they did not alert us that we would be limited in the number of parking space allowed. Some of our party had to park on the street very far from our condo. Great views and location but the staff was our first experience and it left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the weekend.

Spent a weekend with my wife in one of the Theme Rooms. We got London Bridge Room and it was very nice experience. The room was spacious with whirlpool bathtub in the middle and characteristic London telephone booth standing in the room. The shower cabin in the bathroom was big all tiled up with sitting space so bit on luxury side. Our room was situated right by the lake with beautiful view. We stopped there for skiing in Cascade and they are within 30 minutes drive to slopes which is not that bad and you can relax in bathtub after that.
