Love this place! We always stay there for our annual trip to the Dells. We get the four bedroom, four bath unit. It even has a two car garage! Indoor and outdoor pool. Whirpool. Beachfront. Walking distance to Noah's Arc waterpark. An extremely friendly staff! Unit could have been cleaner. Our bare feet were dirty after walking around the place and there were food marks on the sofa that I cleaned up with a baby wipe. Overall, friendly, comfortable, and we will be going back.

Great condo. Great lake view if you get the lake view rooms. The only thing missing is the maid service. But still loved it.

Stayed a number of times with my family and always had great first class service. Wanted to stay there this year but when we went there to book our stay we got treated like dirt. Fort desk employees were very rude and short. Called to complain and maybe reserve they told my wife they would have someone contact us never called us back. Call a second time to give them a piece of my mind and a nice lady names Becky was helpful and had someone call me back quickly. When they called they told us they couldn't do anything to help us. " it is what it is." Well your right Wally your right it is what it is. Your running a place that's a joke I wouldn't stay there ever again I'll stay in my car before giving you a dime.

I'm between three and four stars on this, but I end up at three mostly because of so many instances where intelligence was absent in planning this place. We would indeed stay here again, but now we would at least know what to expect. Here are some examples.
It's built like a condo someone would live in. Tons of closet space, which is nice to live in but doesn't mean much for a couple nights say.
Master bath in our 2br was 17' x 12'. Think about that. It's ridiculously huge for no reason, while the main living area was pretty small.
Lots of examples where craftsmanship took short cuts, and spending did too. All cabinet hardware was super, super cheap, as were the counter tops. Baseboards also were also not well installed Cut the bathroom in half and make it nice! Lol.
Also, no phone in the whole unit, and no desk to work at.
Again, we WOULD come back under certain circumstances, we would just know what we were getting into ahead of time.

Clean and spacious; definite privacy with no maid service in the units during our stay. The private garages were a nice touch, although I think some openers worked on multiple garages. The staff was nice enough, but definitely there because it was a job. The wifi never seemed to work - thank goodness we had a mifi (panic!). Close to lots of attractions, and far far better a choice than the well-kept '70s motels.

I will give that place 2 stars only
The hotel is nice designed, I spend few days in apartment, and few days in theme suites.
Walls in the hotel are like made with paper only, you can hear everything what is going on behind the wall.
Also in theme suites carpet was dirty and batch tube was broken so I have to use wine opener to lock it.
At all there is no support in that hotel after 6pm tere is nobody that can help you. No housekeeping and if you want to get new towels you have to probably take some from swimming pool because there is no spot with clean towels. The same with garbage, If you stay over few nights, you have to carry what to do with garbage.
The sauna in swimming pool is a joke - I do not know who installed the sauna stove but I assume some idiot because thinking human knew that hot air is going in up direction and stove is installed in the middle of the room so if you want to feel hot air you have to stan up on the shelf. The door are leaky too. There is no privacy when you use the sauna because entry to the small sauna room are directly from the swimming pool.
Summary: well designed but cheap made. Look good only on pictures.

This resort is BEAUTIFUL!!! I stayed there for a long girl's weekend. We had a 4 bedroom resort. The price was very reasonable!!! The unit we stayed in had a 2-car garage, 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, bar area, and a small balcony!
We had a lake view. I could not be happier with how the trip turned out. We are planning to stay here yearly.

What. The. Heck. Charge me a pretty penny to stay here, better run your place like it's worth the money you're charging.
This is the story of 8 lovely ladies and the resort that refused to run any interference with its guests.
Our group of women reunited for the weekend at Rhapsody. It wasn't cheap; we split a penthouse condo. The place was beautiful.
However, all weekend long a large group of two dozen obnoxious, drunk "rednecks" (self-proclaimed, ps), who were also having a reunion at the resort, took over the pool area. After they had a good buzz going, they started chanting "uppity girls in the recliners...give us a CANNONBALL!!!" we smiled and laughed politely, waving our magazines and sunglasses and being good sports, but declined.
Then the group starting doing cannonballs -- right in front of us. These are adult men and women, mind you, bombing their bodies into the pool and splashing water all over us and on our belongings, again and again and again. They started calling us the stripper girls. We weren't just a little wet. We were soaked.
Now, we have had our share of fun, and still do, just as much as the next guy. But there are standards of how to carry yourself at a public pool. On a beautiful summer day other families had to take their kids to the indoor pool to avoid the scene. For pete's sake, they were having Tootsie Roll spitting contests into the pool!
I give it three stars because the hotel managers refused to do anything. They simply chose not to involve themselves. And as a result, NO ONE else could enjoy the pool for the entire weekend.

We rented a one bedroom unit for a local ski trip over the past holiday season. The condo is ideally located close to (as opposed to directly in) Wisconsin Dells and near Cascade Mountain and Devil's head for Skiing and snowboarding.
The unit was beautiful and overlooked the Lake Delton. The kitchen was awesome, well stocked with pots, pans, dish soap, knives, plates, and cutlery. It was perfect for cooking up a quick dinner after day on the slopes. The bathrooms were nice as well, plenty of towels and a large spa like standing shower with a 4 jets, which was nice.
I also appreciate the TV's in both the living room and bedrooms.
There was free wifi and it was a great deal at 20% off if you book online through their site for 2 nights, 30% off for 3 nights. The only issue I had is that they charge you the full rate if you opt to add a night on after your original booking. They gave us some lame excuse on that one. The other drawback is that they don't have daily cleaning service (costs extra), but if you look at it as a condo rental, it's not that big of a deal.
If you're like me and like the option of staying in and cooking after a long day long day of skiing, you'll love this place. And if you're in the mood to step out for dinner, there are some decent places in the area to check out as well. Definitely beats the cheesy mega resorts around the Dells!
